DO NOT Move here. If you value your property, I would not advise you to live here. I have been here for over 2 years. The property is nice and new, but don't let this distract you from the crime that occurs here. There has been a huge increase in car break ins here. These guys are professionals that target this neighborhood and can pick and snap locks off in an instant. They have no cameras around the property and still don't have night security. They make you pay for some sort of insurance but come to find out it doesn't cover any of your personal property, it just protects the buildings themselves. I found this out after talking to the lady in the office. With no concessions or anything and after being here for over two years, I'd expect something. - I typically don't write bad reviews but this community is going bad just like the surrounding communities, don't be fooled by that "New" feeling.

Gables West is a quiet place except on Mondays when the landscapers come to “cut the lawn.” Would it be possible for them to come very early in the morning at 7:30 AM or at 4 PM? I start teaching at 9 AM. Thank you

Very clean nice and quiet, I'm still waiting to get a chance to move there,hopefully I get to, I did move in, yay, I love it,just not use to my upstairs neighbors dog noise and the air-conditioned outside my window, but other than that, I am happy, I need to move into the one with a balcony later next year, I love it,

I was the first one in my unit and my faucet works better than I did when I moved it and it tight as new.

As I wasn’t there and since there are no 3bed/2bath ground floor I had no reason to tour your property. I keep getting emails like this wanting me to give a rating.

Its a nice place if you're worried about theft get a gun its 2022 crime is everywhere. There should be a fence separating the Kroger but i enjoy walking over to it close to everything. Its a bit pricy to not have a washer and dryer included some other places around do have that option for less. Unfortunately i can grill on my patio which is upsetting. I would recommend to others. I do like the layout of the one bedroom and i have nice neighbors so far
