Impressive menu and lots of vegan options. My daughters loved the mac and cheese and mushroom risotto! I had the special - jackfruit carne asada with onion, cilantro, and jalapeños topped with cashew cheese. The food is amazing! Indoor seating is a little tight.

Excellent Almond shake! The vegan “mayonnaise” on the tempeh version of a BLT was one of the best I’ve had! Biscuits and gravy were “OK”, but not as good as other vegan B&G. The bakery two doors down (also Seedz) is phenomenal! If you have room after lunch, be sure to try the chocolate chip cookie or any of their donuts.

Stopped here on our way through a road trip. We got the Reuben and veggie pizza which were both delicious. Definitely could tell they have a health conscious approach to making their food. I’ve made it a point to try as many vegan Reubens as I can and this might be the best one I’ve tried. I do wish the pizza had a bit more cheese to it, but all the veggies were fresh and flavorful

the place is Just OK/Blah for How much it is... I had Mac and Cheese, and as per the Server the most Gotten Brunch Item, Eggs Benedict. My Cousin Got Something there as well, second item down off the menu. The Mac and Cheese was Bland, No real Flavor to it. the eggs benedict Was Salty, Like really Salty, The Biscuits were good though... No other really Good Flavors. My Cousin said his was very Salty as well. I honestly thought it would be better for the Price. Probably Not gonna Go back to this Place, There are cheaper and Better Vegan Places in St louis.

The food here is great; the service is FANTASTIC. When a severe tornado warning hit at the end of my graduation meal here, the workers let me and my family shelter in their basement and even let me use their charging cord for my phone. 10/10 would return again.

The flavor and portion size of your Spicy Mexican vegan pizza was what saved you from getting a poor review from me. The atmosphere was lovely until the young lady refused to service me without a mask. Without causing a scene I trekked back to my car to retrieve it, all the while hoping I wouldn’t receive more of an attitude from the cashier. The location of this establishment makes it difficult to get upfront parking. The wait for my food was bearable, the ambiance slightly less welcoming after the mask debacle. I also tried the cocoa smoothie, I was disappointed by the flavor and price but it still earned you five stars because I knew there were healthy ingredients used. All in all, the pizza is definitely worth trying but be prepared to pay more than most other vegan restaurants.

Absolutely love this place. The vegan reuben is so good! I really like the green goddess dressing, it's super garlicky sometimes and I love it. These donuts are so cute! Very moist and sweet but not too too sweet. I just wish their hours were more convenient, or if they offered delivery more

The workers were helpful with making a decision because there seemed to be a good variety of foods that were appealingly. Salad pizza burger etc. Ww chose the pizza as recommended and they did not disappoint. They were both tasty and hot. Best of all (for us) they are all vegan options

So many delicious vegan options (the entire menu is vegan). From the Reuben sandwich to the BBQ tempeh sandwich to the tostada to the cheesecake, everything was bursting with flavor and presented so well. The staff was friendly and helpful in making recommendations and ensuring that we were well taken care of. The store itself is cute, welcoming and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I walked out of there full and happy.

The avocado toast is one of the best here! The smoothie that we had was also very delicious and actually everything on their menu looked super interesting and amazing! They have special brunch on Sundays - which I’m gonna definitely give a try! The service was great too - they explained everything very nicely so you can order comfortably

Cute cozy ambience. Really loved the glass bay window seating. I ordered lemon juice and a sandwich with side of potato wedges. Both of them were good. Would go again to try other plates for sure. They have interesting menu

Great place, great atmosphere , and excellent staff. Honestly, the food is a bit more expensive, but you pay for quality and the portions sizes, make up for that, and the quality of food is only matched with the great customer service. This was hands down an amazing mood and a whole vibe that must be experienced

We have eaten here before. Upon this visit, we were very surprised to read the prices on the menu. With another couple, we all felt that for the prices, there are many places to eat. So, unfortunately, we left and went somewhere else. Their food is good for sure! So, if you really need to have food restrictions, then give them a try.

We use to really like this place but things have changed for the worse. Not sure where to begin... Confused staff that doesn't know about menu items or specials. Food quality has suffered after the most recent menu change. Quality went way down but the prices went way up. Past four visits they got my order wrong and forgot sauces. Potatoes (especially the ones at breakfast) are undercooked and somehow burnt at the same time. My $18 sandwich was missing half the ingredients and they gave me ketchup instead of salad dressing. Kitchen 86s items even when they are not that busy. A male employee charged 20% gratuity to my card on a take out order without permission and said it was an accident then offered me a cookie then forgot to put it in the bag. Really nothing nice to say and will never go back.

This place is a hidden gem in St. Louis! Loved the food, the service, everything! Visiting this lovely city from Chicago to try out the vegan food scene of STL to see some places lacking but Seedz? Nope! This place is the full package. Ordered the birria udon noodles and my partner had the Mac n cheeze and both of us had the blue wave smoothies. Oh. My. Goodness! Everything was delicious! The smoothie was heaven in my mouth. For dessert, ordered some cookies and partner ordered their seitan pepperoni pizza for togo. Wish I taken a pic of the pizza but we ate it all, it was THAT good 👍🏾 whenever I visit St Louis again, I'm coming back here always!! Vegan and delicious, not disappointed at all! Coming back today to order more food on the road back to Chicago. Hope this place never goes away!

One of the best vegan restaurants in STL! Got the eggs “benefit” and breakfast burrito. Love that they use smoked tempeh and tofu along with other protein sources like beans and so many veggies. ❤️ staff are also very nice and helpful. There’s a little cafe with pastries and gift items as well. So cute!

Great vegan food. We had the Zucchini Pad Thai and the Reuben sandwich. Both were excellent but the Reuben was by far the best. Saw the tacos at another table that looked good too. Drink options were very limited though.

So good and so fresh! Staff is very friendly and the wait is never long. Definitely recommend the Sunday brunch. Also, the Strawberry Incredible smoothie is one of the best drinks ever.

Super cute tiny restaurant with super friendly staff! I had the Kahuna 'burger' and blueberry banana smoothie... AMAZING!

Unfortunately, my favorite vegan restaurant in the St. Louis area has become less than what it was even a month ago. The same sandwiches I order every time I go to Seedz were now quite different: they were not of the same quality, they did not taste close to what they had been previously, and I was very disappointed. This is especially so for the vegan Reuben - the sauerkraut was completely different and tasted more like a sweet topping. The tomatoes overtook the taste of the Reuben. I’m not sure I would call it a vegan Reuben now. The “burger” was different as well. My spouse is not a vegan but he likes Seedz’s “burger.” However, now it was flavorless and the toppings were not fresh. If Seedz can’t maintain consistency, we just can’t go back. And that really breaks my heart. Update in response to Seedz response: the high standards you mentioned were not maintained in the food we ordered. There is no reason to go back to Seedz if the food quality and recipe have changed. Why order what was not up to par. Of all items on the menu, those sandwiches were the ones that we consistently purchased. I’m sorry. I hope this review will be considered constructive criticism and not an attack on your business. Customers come back most often for what they like. If it changes or isn’t good, there is not reason to return. With warm regards.

We ordered food to go after we went to the zoo and on our way back to KC and it was amazing. Everything was ready and really tasty. It felt like we were eating something way less healthy than what we had. Even our chai lattes were delicious. I would definitely recommend the lunch options (all we tried) for anyone in the area. It was tasty and we felt good after finishing the food (unlike with some of the more junk food vegan places, which I also love but definitely not while on a road trip home). We will definitely go back when we are in the area again.

Such a cute place! We got the LTA and the Buffalo cali pizza, and got a blue wave smoothie and a vanilla incredible smoothie. All of it was delicious. Sandwich was amazing, came with potato wedges. Blue wave smoothie was a refreshing tropical drink. Cali pizza had an AMAZING rosemary crust. The incredible vanilla smoothie gave perfect milkshake vibes. I would love to come here again.

Lovely little cafe for a quiet early dinner, loved the Malibu melt and the shake was delicious without being too sweet.

We got two different meals. Biscuits and gravy special and a bowl! Loved them both and decent serving of food! I would go back! A good vegan restaurant is difficult to find!

Short Story: Cozy little plant-based cafe with tasty eats and kind staff! Long story: I have wanted to try out Seedz Cafe for some time, and now that I've become mainly plant-based, it was time to visit. The location itself has a very cozy and calming atmosphere. There aren't many seats, but you can order to-go and even order online ahead of time. The staff is super friendly and happy to make suggestions based on staff favorites. I tried their Malibu Melt (based off of a suggestion), the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie with oat milk (extra charge), and a bottled beet juice. Everything was really tasty! The Malibu Melt had a substantial black bean patty with cashew cheese, caramelized mushroom and onion on delicious sprouted seed bread. The smoothie was thick, sweet, and filling. And the beet juice really hit the spot! Can't wait to come back to try more of the menu!
