I can not begin to tell you how amazing this place has been . Since day one I limped into the lobby the office staff and therapist Mike have been so welcoming and understanding , Mike makes you feel like he takes an investment in your progress as well as being your supporter. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am at physically speaking without Mike . I hope Cora knows what an asset he is to the team there. Everyone there are just awesome !!! #kneereplacementsuck 😊

The service and care you received here is excellent. The staff in the front have the best customer service skills. The therapist Denise and Trish are my favorites they treat you with care and make you feel like family.

CORA Rehabilitation located on sixth street in Winter Haven is undoubtably the most professional and caring staff of any medical facility I have been treated at. From the warm friendly greeting by the receptionist GISELLA to the Therapists that worked with me, I always felt I was in special hands to provide a better quality of life going forward. A special “shout out” to ROCKY who worked with me at several appointments. She never gave up on helping me regardless of the complexity of my condition. They care about your needs. After loosing movement on my left arm, they have helped me a lot. I can do much more since I started therapy and I know we have long way to go. I don’t expect anything over night but with they help and my desire to work hard, we will get there. The sooner you come in, the faster you start getting better!! Don’t wait ✌🏼

While no “physical therapy” is pain free, the staff at Cora made my treatment as painless as possible. The ladies at the desk made checking in pleasant and easy. Always friendly and welcoming. My therapist, Nastassia, was knowledgeable and was very clear in her instructions to me on how to do the exercises and, more importantly, why we were doing each one. The facility is well maintained and clean with ample parking. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Cora and how much it has helped my recovery.

I big shout out to all the staff at Cora Physical Therapy. Thank you to my favorite young ladies at the front desk Gisella, Laisha, Gia and Mary who greeted me on every one of my visits with beautiful smiles and kindness. Thank you Laura, Michael, Emily, Trish, Rocky, Denise and Cassandra even though I didn't get a chance to work with all of you, you guys were always kind. Will and Bryan were my primary therapists and I enjoyed working with them both. Thank you Will and Brian for your patience and encouragement especially on those days I was feeling discouraged. Several points which make the facility a problem. Yes, they have personable people handling you for the most part BUT BEWARE. During the week the hurricane hit Florida a few months back (Ian) I had to re schedule 2 visits to the following week. NO ONE advised me that I had to reschedule the visits the same week. HOW COULD YOU SCHEDULE VISITS when everywhere Florida is saying stay off the roads. I went through doing my 8 visits and yet when my primary doctor got the report it showed 2 cancelled visits and that I had "given up". This report now blocks my having an MRI for a BIG SHOULDER PROBLEM i need looked at. I went down to personally get this taken care of but the claim is that "their system cannot override the note of cancellation". What 2 bit software are they using?? I am pursuing this situation with Medicare for FRAUD as no doubt others are in the same situation that CORA CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I have asked for phone call to be made to me by their supervisor who obviously can't find the time to make (I was there long enough to KNOW no one there is "that busy".

I was injured on the job and the staff at Cora Therapy were truly amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I really feel like they cared about my rehabilitation. Thanks again
