Had the pleasure of dealing with Matt. Very professional and fast responses. Items arrived in the stated condition listed on the website and were packed very well. All and all a very positive experience. The only thing I would mention is if your ordering something from them and its time sensitive then I would inquire about how much extra shipping would be. This is in no way a knock on the business as they state clearly that the free shipping is what is cheapest, and that will take a while. Also, feel free to drop a tip, it all goes to the employees. This place is sick. Lota of variety of merch, if there's an anime card game you enjoy, they probably do some kind of locals for it. Most of my friends come here cuz they are open late on weekends and the staff is def some of the best in the area. I wouldn't say its for sure my go to, but if my friends don't know where they wanna go, I definitely throw this place into my head.

One of my favorite hobby shops in the city. They have a great selection of TCG and board games. They also have an interesting selection of TTRPGs, some of which are not carried regularly by other shops. The environment here is super chill and friendly. This is true even at their weekly TCG events. I highly recommend frequenting this place and supporting them. We need more game stores like this.

Great place to shop and play at! The service I’ve received the handful of times I’ve come by has been exceptional. They helped me sell a game I didn’t think I’d ever get rid of ! Painless. I was in there last Tuesday and not sure of what card game I was wanting to start. Their patience with me was out of this world. Ended up picking Shadowverse. I only wish they had a night for it. Being a new card game it’s understanding. Thanks so much for helping me. I will be back!

Shady buy practices such as claiming wear on cards that were literally opened moments prior to attempted sale of. Moreover staff is borderline incompetent as far as competitive tabletop gaming goes not to mention both times attending an FNM prize support/structure and payout were underwhelming even better in both instances prizes were mistakenly awarded to players who weren't even qualified for period payout... One final item of note was that the drafts were MoM at $20! While CoolStuff as well as every other LGS has same format @ $12! Simply put, not acceptable!
