I tend to stay away from craft hobby shops as I feel very out of place but I needed a hot glue gun for a project at home so I bit the bullet and went Michaels. They were busy but the first employee I saw took the time to direct me to the glue guns. Then on the way I found some bling. Scooped that up and headed to check out. Found the staff helpful and knowledgeable.

Stopped in to have some artwork framed. Fantastic experience! Luceliz was exceptionally helpful and patient; she presented me with some great options and alternatives that, I think, made the finished product perfect.

They've got a pretty good selection of product for any number of crafting projects, which is great. I buy most of my poster and photo frames here. When those are on sale, it is a solid deal, like most of their stuff. Pricing, I've found to run higher than other stores in this space so I tend to take advantage of those sales to make it make more sense. The quality of the product is a bit hit or miss. Some of it is pretty good, some of it not so much. Customer service is generally good. Nothing to brag about but nothing to complain about either. All in all Michael's is a good resource for DIY craft projects.

Crafting is a necessary thing for alot of women. I love this store!

Love go their place to get rhinestones with good deal and better qualities compared to hobby lobby..

Nice Michaels. I appreciate the cashier scanning a coupon when I was having trouble with my phone. Definitely makes a difference and makes you want to go back.

It was ok. Floral selection was very small and almost all Halloween stuff. Not what I thought as looking for. No one asked to help. Store looked clean.

Everything was good until I was checking out and even tho I was connected to their wifi, could not bring up coupons and rewards. Fruatrating E-v-e-r-y time!
