Came
in
a
few
weeks
ago
to
get
business
cards
and
magnets
designed.
After
quickly
looking
over
the
designs
I
was
happy
and
gave
the
approval.
The
magnets
where
done
same
day,
but
cards
would
be
in
later
that
week.
After
taking
a
little
bit
of
a
closer
look
at
the
magnets,
I
noticed
the
order
of
my
business
name
was
off.
This
was
a
little
over
an
hour
after
I
left
the
shop.
I
called
the
shop
and
spoke
to
one
of
the
employees
telling
them
I
noticed
an
error.
I
told
the
employee
that
I
wasn't
worried
about
the
magnet,
I
approved
the
design
and
the
magnet
was
already
made.
I
was
mainly
concerned
with
editing
the
business
cards
to
which
I
was
told
that
would
be
no
problem
because
they
had
not
yet
placed
the
order
to
the
3rd
party
for
the
cards.
I
eventually
received
my
cards
and
unfortunately
they
have
the
same
error
I
had
called
previously
to
correct.
I
spoke
to
the
women
at
the
front
desk
and
she
told
me
she
would
talk
to
the
owner
and
call
me
back
(if
they
say
they
will
call
back,
don't
bet
on
it).
I
eventually
called
and
spoke
to
the
owner
and
he
begrudgingly
told
me
he
would
be
getting
new
cards
with
the
correct
business
name.
About
two
weeks
pass
and
I
call
to
see
if
they
have
the
corrected
cards,
and
I'm
told
they
have
not
received
them
and
would
call
back
after
they
see
what's
going
on.
I
call
back
to
find
that
nobody
had
placed
the
order
and
that
since
I
had
approved
the
original
draft,
essentially
that
was
that.
Regardless
of
what
the
employee
or
the
owner
had
told
me
weeks
prior.
