Always very nice, never had an issue. Even though I don't have my prescriptions filled there, when I have a question about any OTC the pharmacist always help me. The staff on the floor and at the check out are always very pleasant and if I need assistance they also help me. This is my preferred Walgreens, they go the extra mile for me, looking things up on the computer and know what customer service is about. Thank you everyone! I appreciate you all!

Just go to Publix for your pharmacy needs. Completely wasted our time 2 days in a row. Had an appt for Covid shot and they call like 2 hrs before the appt telling us we need to reschedule, the pharmacist has to go home early, come back tomorrow at the same time. So we go back today, waited 15minutes just to be acknowledged by someone, then we're told it would be 15 more minutes before the pharmacist can administer the shot, then wait another 15min after the shot. Im on my lunch break, I dont have all day to wait at Walgreens. Awful service. They are always understaffed.

Switched my pharmacy to here after years with other pharmacies and I'm so glad I did. The online app is actually useful and relevant, the staff is crazy efficient (even while understaffed), and I've never had a supply issue with my prescriptions.

This Walgreens location is closest for me and my family. I appreciate that we are all in new different times, however the pharmacy at this location closes, without warning, and will still receive your prescription. You will not know your prescription isn’t being refilled until you check the status, only to find out the store is “temporarily closed”. This is not the first time this has happened but I feel like we depend on Walgreens to be open to provide the necessary healthcare they indicate in their mission statement. If this store cannot staff the store/pharmacy I think they should at least notify or reject the prescription so people know their is a problem and can go to another location. Any attention to this matter would be appreciated.

Pharmacy is horrible. Arrived 15 minutes early for a vaccine. I was told I had to wait 15 minutes because I was early. When my scheduled time came…I was told….”You have to wait 15 minutes for the vial to defrost”…..I kinda came early for that part. It’s like some people just need specific directions for everyday logic.

After being a loyal customer of Walgreens on the corner of Roosevelt Blvd and 58th street for many years until today!!!! I will never step foot in that store ever again!!!!! After being told my prescription were too early for pickup ( even though they're dated for fill today ) , the pharmacy manager verry rudely told he will not fill them because it's too early. Again dated for today I replied why not ? The pharmacy MANAGER said and I quote " if you don't like it go somewhere else!! " Wow!!!!! So now I call the store back and speak to the store manager and after telling him what meanless to say me nor my family will ever shop at any Walgreens!!!!happened , he didn't even care all he said was ok....

extremely unhelpful. did not have my medication in stock and refused to tell me if any other walgreens in the area had my medication. I’m moving my entire family’s prescriptions to another non-walgreens pharmacy. trying to work with these people is like living in a kafka novel. avoid at all costs
