This is possibly the worst station in the Naples area. Building in general is in bad shape. Especially the restrooms. Staff, horrible. Frequent pump problems. I live very close. And I go way out of my way to avoid this station.

Do not use your card at the pumps here. My card was skimmed and hacked... reported to them so it could avoid happening to anyone else but they didn't seem to care. Told me to call back tomorrow when manager is there...

Bathroom was disgusting. I took pictures! No seat protectors, toilet paper everywhere including a entire roll in the middle of handicap stall floor on the drain! Sink counter was dirty and looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time!

No prices on 98% of the products sold. Never witnessed something like this before

Stopped here on our way home from the Er to buy three bottles of water with our two year old. Clerk argued that I need to pay for the Subway cup to pour water in. I explained that my two year old has a hard time drinking the water from the bottle so I was going to pour it into the cup. She kept insisting that we pay full price for a empty paper cup. Only place I have ever been to where you pay for a bottle of water that they want you to pay for a empty cup also. Will make sure to not stop here again. Poor service.

terrible, neither the cashiers nor the people who entered wore masks! Where is complying with the norm and taking care of our health and that of others? there is Covid -19 and they still do not believe it. In the door There is a notice that you "must" enter with a mask and they did not comply with it. how irresponsible.

Disgusted with Shell ! Closest gas station after alligator alley so someone in need of gas that has ran out on the alley has to spend $20 for a 2 gallon gas can ?! So I need three and it cost me 60 ?! How disgusting !!!! Will never go to a shell again !! Taking advantage of people in need .

Bathroom is decent very little drinks witnessed a worker from subway not wash hands before returning to sandwich counter dried out hot dogs expensive cigarettes if you buy lottery tickets here double check before walking off cashier tried to keep my ticket and apparently has been keeping other customers tickets! 2 people came back in and asked for their tickets! Also truckers beware you can only buy $300 of diesel at a time

awful gas station. Pumps will not work.. if you dont have 20 min to spare to get your gas. Dont bother

The pumps are slow; that is if working. Good luck finding an employee that speaks English. The staff treats you more like a nuisance than a customer.

Pump 6 has problems with the card reader.
