No cocktail sauce for the 🦐 shrimp I ordered. Though it was delicious and worth the $9.99 appetizer, I should have been told there was no cocktail sauce to complement the appetizer. My margarita 🍹 🍸 was delicious, plenty of it and worth the $9.99 also. I sat at the bar with a bartender with no customer service skills whatsoever. Because of this I really am turned off by this visit. I tried this place today to relax after work by myself, not looking for bartender conversation whatsoever, but a return smile is always appreciated.

Went to dinner with my mother and girlfriend. We had the wings, taquito style rolls, and stuffed mushrooms. All were great. I had the ribeye. I asked for it medium and it was a little more than medium but it was still pretty good. Overall it was very good.

I had an incredible experience here. Sierra the bartender was fantastic. She was filled with energy, positive attitude and very friendly. Highly recommend stopping in while your doing your holiday shopping. I personally choose to go to the bar cuz the service is faster than at a table. Only had appitizers and they were so good. Place was very clean too.

Went in with the family for veteran's day. It was a Friday, so it was busy anyway, but we were seated in 15 minutes. Server was amazing. He was funny and attentive. They weren't doing any veterans discounts for the day, but I was surprised to see 25% off anyway. I don't ever expect anything free or discounted as a disabled combat veteran, but it's very nice and appreciated when someone takes the effort to say thanks in that manner. It was part of a series of events that truly made it the best veteran's day I've had. Thank you for helping make my day.

EXCELLENT customer service, food and atmosphere. From our host Aidan, to our server DJ and Destiny, one of the managing partners who swung by to say hi, we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. The steaks were cooked PERFECTLY and DJ was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive and made our night! Can't wait to come back again!

WOW... what an experience we had last Friday night. Jared was our waiter and he was vibrant, fun, sociable and an amazing waiter. The Assistant Manager (Ithink may have been Bill) I would feel awful if it is not because he also was amazing. He was going around to every table to greet his customers which you do not see anymore in any restaurants. The food was incredible cooked to perfection and presentation was beautiful. We ordered the Flo Steak with Lobster tail and it was to die for. Kudos to the Chef behind the scenes YOU ROCK. I write this becuase one it is important to notice the good in people and on that night we were not going to this restaurant but my mother changed plans because my father recently passed and mom wanted to go to his favorite restaurant and feel close to him. Then Jared walked up and made our experience a great one. You never know what the people you are serving are going through. I know we may not always have this experience. However Jared needed to know how AWESOME he is and the rest was amazing. Thank you LongHorn for a great dinner. I will be back <3

My boys and I decided to gather for some steaks and ribs at Longhorn. The ribs and mixed drinks in particular were very good and reasonably priced. The only thing that soured our experience was the waitress spoke very quickly and left us feeling rushed out of the place. Still highly recommend this location.

It's been awhile since we went out for dinner, not a favorite thing for us? But we're definitely looking forward to going to Longhorn again! The food was great, every little thing, just perfect! The wait staff were very professional and most sincere. Not checking on us a lot, just enough to make sure the evening was perfect! We're actually looking forward to going again! We had a great dinner and enjoyed the evening a great deal! Thank you Longhorn, our anniversary dinner was perfect! We won't wait for an occasion to come back! 👍😁

Had an amazing Mother's Day. This is just one of the stops. What a great team atmosphere between all the servers, kitchen staff, and even the management all working together and you could clearly see it that they all get along. It just added to the experience. Thank you. I had a steak. It was delicious with the honey braised brussel sprouts and a baked potato and my son had chicken with a side of the macaroni and cheese and a Caesar salad. He was quite satisfied. Couldn't finish it and my husband of course stuck with his hamburgers. I'd like to say that my server was excellent, but we came to this restaurant because the server was one of my sons. He was really enjoying himself and they were enjoying him. Just an overall great day. Thank you to the Longhorn

Service beyond expectations which I think my server qualifies to be a Professional Butler working among Royalty. The food however, was loaded with way too much salt to the point my face turned numb and I was coughing all the way home. I could have filed a lawsuit against this company over it but I like their other locations very much for the quality of food, therefore I skip that idea. I recommend other Longhorn locations including Manchester but do not bother with Nashua's location.

My family and I go out to eat a lot and we are tuff critics. We go to Longhorns about seven to ten times a year. I must say, the service and the food at the Amherst location was top notch! We were very impressed! Our server Nathan N was so friendly and nice. I had a question and the manager Matthew took my inquiry seriously and was also very kind. I usually don't have complaints about the food from any Longhorns in general, but for some reason the food was amazing this time around and it stood out from other locations. Maybe the excellent service just made it seem that much better. Even all the hostess's and another manager were so friendly, always smiling, full of positive energy, and had excellent manners. We have been to many other locations and I have never seen a location where everyone was all happy, nice, energized, and friendly. It's hard to find that in a lot of restaurants lately. It was such a nice experience. We can't wait until it's time to go out for dinner again, and when we do, it will be there! If you are looking for great food and excellent service, this is the place to go!

Went to LongHorn for the first time since being diagnosed Celiac and had a great experience. They have a separate gluten free menu. All the steaks are available and most of the sides. The staff was knowledgeable and the good tasted great.

Every time I go there I enjoy the meal and everything. It can get a bit loud. But to me that means it a good place to eat. Prices are up but everything is this day and age. But it is well worth it. Here I know when I say as rare as you can. I always get just right.👏 👍👍👍👍

Unbelievable experience. From Aiden to DJ our waiter to Destiny the managing partner stopping by to see how things were going. The atmosphere, service and food were incredible. What an amazing experience. Thank you for making our 35th wedding anniversary dinner wonderful.

This was a great time. Justin was a great server, very attentive. Both our steaks were done correctly. The sides were really spot on cooked just right also. Broccoli cooked but crisp. The grilled corn excellent. And although I said I was going to skip dessert when the chocolate stampede came out I dived into my part happily. That was delicious!

Food was fantastic!! Brittni was fantastic so energetic and so efficient. Destinee was very polite and greeted us like we were family. Great appetizers and meal. Wife and I very pleased. We will be back to ask for Brittni!

Excellent as always. The parmesan-crusted spinach and cheese dip was incredible. The steaks were all cooked perfectly. Pat was attentive, friendly, and awesome. We'll be back for sure.

I took my brother for his birthday and everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the minute we walked through the door to the moment we Left it was perfect. The server was very knowledgeable and friendly the food was fantastic. I highly recommend going to this longhorns

Longhorn has been our go-to restaurant when we go out until after tonight. I got the chopped steak medium well. Came out tasting burnt. Too well done. I also asked fir a baked potato with just butter. When I received it, it was dark and over cooked. I asked for another steak and potato. The steak was fine but the baked potato was worse than before. The waitress was great and said she would tell the manager. The waitressreturned and said the manager was offering to give us dessert. Never saw the manager. I thought the manager on duty would have directly addressed my voncerns. We will think twice about going to this restaurant.

Accidentally drove off with the wrong curbside order and didn’t realize until I got home. I called to let them know what happened and the girl on the phone was very nice and fixed it no problem. And the food was hot and delicious! 10/10

The server was great. He interacted with the kids at the table and was always smiling and attentive. The food was however not good. The steak was very very tough and the brussel sprouts were fried to be crunchy and then covered in some sweet oily sauce that overpowered all tastes other than it. A steakhouse should be able to execute a steak minimum, otherwise they have no business calling themselves a steakhouse.

Host greeted immediately as we entered. We were sat within minutes, greeted by server within minutes and received drinks in a timely fashion. Our server was great. Knowledgeable, quick & observant. We had some bread (which was deliciously warm) & soon after our food came out. This was one of the best meals we have had in awhile! I had parmesan chicken (YUM) with mashed potatoes (YUM) & Brussels sprouts (WOW, yum!) Seriously, the sprouts are shockingly delicious. I ordered the smaller portion of the chicken and still had plenty for leftovers. My husband had the prime rib, which he devoured. Highly recommend (and TRY the sprouts!! 😬)

We went for an early lunch on Saturday. There was no wait, service was excellent, my steak was tender and cooked exactly as requested, and the atmosphere is similar to other Longhorn restaurants. The price for lunch is high. We both had Flo’s filet. I had ice tea, my husband had a beer and soup. The cost with tip was just under $90. The booths were nice, it was a relaxing lunch and we could easily carryon a conversation.

I love Longhorn, it's one of my favorite steakhouses, but tonight I encountered one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The waitress was consistently abrasive, and her demeanour was as if we were in a bar instead of a dinner restaurant. At the end of it all, when we signed the check the manager came over to ask about the service. Before we could open our mouths to respond, she said “alright great, thanks” with a thumbs up and walked away. She very clearly was not looking for a response at all, and did not even try to hide it. It was snarky, and entirely inappropriate for a manager to behave that way. If this is the management, it isn’t surprising that this particular server was as mouthy as she was. I will still go to longhorn, but certainly not in this location.

A pleasant surprise!. We saw a few non-meat options and decided to try it. The bourbon marinade was a no-go, so the salmon was out. We got the grilled shrimp & sis got the wild shrimp with a side salad. It worked! Both delicious, prices moderate. If a delicious, non-alcohol marinade is offered with the salmon,  I'm thinking 5 stars.

Emma treats everyone so well. Always smiling, although I know it's hard work. Food is dependable and good. It's just nice to have someone cook for me for a change. 😊

LongHorn has been one of the best places to eat out that I have ever been to. Not only is the food great and cooked very well, but the service has been topnotch every time I go. The waiters are focused and efficient. Even if you're not a fan of steak they have plenty of other options. They have a kid menu too with the basic foods you find at every restaurant. The place is always clean and tidy.
