I have never been to a hospital where everyone had so much compassion. You could tell they were there because they wanted to be. Not because they were getting a paycheck. They went above and beyond for myself, and my baby. I am for sure anywhere else would have been completely different. I would highly recommend this place. Every single worker there deserves a raise.

I was taken right back, did not have to wait, saw Dr within 10 min! They got right on everything! Nurse went out of her way to get the ultrasound machine to find my veins and not have to stick me multiple times for IV. DR Sat with me and watched heart monitor to ease my mind.

I checked into Adventhealth that day with excruciating back pain, a suspected UTI a terrible cough unusual high blood pressure my superpubic entry close to an infection. Your shift doctor was very rude to me his assistant was nice and understood that I had issues I had just returned from a 3 months trip in Egypt and Morocco and was extremely wiped out. Your shift doctor had found nothing better to then ask me to leave and refused to admit me. When I tried to understand what was going on he wouldn't talk to me and called security. I was flabbergasted of how I was treated. I hate to be be in hospitals if he thought I was there for my pleasure he was wrong. Anyway I gathered all my strength to drag myself home and suffered all night. I don't know where you recruit people like that. He looked more like an uneducated biker from Wisconsin. Where is the compassion you preach in the name of Jesus Christ. What kind of Christian is that. I have nothing more to say but I will never set foot in this hospital and will not recommend it to anyone . May God forgive you

First this hospital was better, work super fast but the nurses don't have any trainning so their job was horrible. Todat 8/1/22 the hospital is worst I been waiting to bring me to a room 2 hours and they put inside the person they think need to see the doctor faster not in the order you came. If they have room opening for the patient they think need more attention why they don't put me in the room when I am waiting for 2 hours. All the hospital is the same bad attention and never find the reason you are sick, and we trust the medical field.

From walking in to the front desk to being helped in a room. Everyone has been fantastic and generally seem like they care. Dr even told me they might not see anything in x-rays or catscan but that doesn't mean something isn't there that's bothering me. Never have I had a Dr tell me that, it's always we don't see anything so nothing's wrong with you. I'm from out of state and feel absolutely comfortable with everyone here. Thank you all for being so kind and helping me feel comfortable and not like a nuisance. I absolutely appreciate you all and wish I could remember every person's name that helped me.

The ER at AdventHealth North is much better than in previous years. The group has provided a more detailed and better quality of care. I was in the ER for about 4 hours, they triaged me in my room, saw the doctor who issued the necessary tests. They gave me the info about my condition and the follow-up info.

I came in with my daughter last Saturday, she had a high fever and wasn’t feeling good at all. From the time we walked in till the time we left they made her feel comfortable, and were very kind as she was super nervous to be at the hospital. They had a lot going on in the ER that night but we’re able to keep everything flowing very nicely. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you. Danielle

I went to this Emergency Room three years ago because I was having a drug reaction while on imipramine and Sertraline; look these medications up for yourself they are dangerous! I had blurred vision, dry mouth, headache, nauseous! I even fell in the parking lot because I was dizzy my brother helped me up while my wife helped and the nurse just stood there! I was very scared cursing and nurses cursed back at me! The Doctor was very rude, my family was with me and witnessed everything that was said and done. I didn’t feel safe going to Advent facilities, they don’t listen! they made me feeling like I was doing something wrong! no diagnostic test were preformed, no medication levels checked. I was discharged and nothing was ever said about the dangerous medications I was on. If you or a loved one are having a drug interaction or mental health issue stay far away from Advent North Pinellas Emergency Room. These unprofessional individuals don’t understand mental illness and they will not make you feel safe. Frankly, because of the treatment in that Emergency Room I don’t feel safe at any of Advents facilities and it’s caused me anxiety and my depression has returned.

We previously had a great experience at this hospital so when the Dr said we needed to return to the ER for a transfusion, I refused to go to any other. I drove 40 minutes away passing at least 4 other hospitals to go to the one I could trust. This time we met Dr Bister. She was very prompt, courteous & on her game! She had my husband feeling better & out of there in a few hours. Ok, more like 6-7 hours but, these things take time. Every single person we came into contact with at this hospital was very professional. Our nurse was awesome too! I’m sorry I can’t recall her name. Thank you to all the staff that worked tirelessly to save my husbands life…again. We appreciate you.

1 star for quick check in. 1 star for considerate and polite nurses. Horrible doctor. Made me feel horrible for choosing to come while crying in pain and sent me home with not a single test, no bloodwork - no nothing. Felt the need to tell me he had a medical degree when he asked me a question about a condition I had and I was trying to explain how it feels to ME as differs amongst different people with same condition. My friend and I were appalled and she actually gasped in shock. Maybe this is why my “cheaper” insurance forces me here instead of baycare. They dont get a bill. Will NOT ever go back

I came in for a broken wrist due to a rollerblading incident. The staff was very accommodating. Michael who transported me to X-ray was very kind and made sure I was comfortable and Jen from radiology put my fears at ease while providing me with comedic distractions and warm blankets to assist with my uncontrollable shaking. I just wish there was an orthopedic surgeon who could’ve put me in a cast there instead of having to go to an outside practitioner.

2 trips to the ER because they didn't get it right , the first time . Second trip was a delayed response. Nurse even spilled urine on me while trying to empty a catheter bag . Second catheter was too small and leaked all over me . So they pulled that and tried a third catheter. You want to talk about pain . Ouch 🤕

Was told by clinic to go to ER because they felt I needed more medical help than they could provide. I was seen quickly at Advent Health ER and received excellent treatment and care. Very pleased.

Advent is the BEST! Unfortunately I have been to the ER a few times and they are always very efficient and friendly. They are quick for ER and I always know that I will be treated with great care. Highly recommend!

I came in with a severe groin and abdominal pain. I was taken to a room behind the emergency area and left their with NO attention for more than 31/2 hours. I had to endure the pain for more than 4 hours until they ran all the tests. They were apologetic. The doctor and couple of the nurses were nice.

I was waited on in less than five minutes. Nurse and Dr were great. I was released the same night going home expecting my prescriptions to be filled ready for pick up the next day. Only two prescriptions were filled never did the one I really needed had to call dr but still didn’t receive it.

My mother was brought by ambulance because of a fall. All the closer hospitals were diverting because they were full. The staff and doctors themselves were exceptionally nice, professional, and is helpful as they could be. She did not get blood work, IV for fluids which she was severely dehydrated, and after many hours was finally given a bottle of water but come up was laying flat so she could not drink it. I asked for a straw which never came. I do not feel They were staffed enough at all. The doctors and nurses were very good, I just do not think there was enough of them to take care of the amount of people in the ER. The staff I would give five stars to. I believe it was the hospital itself to blame for the poor care.

We have always been happy & satisfied & thankful for this Hospital!!! Nice new accomidations & a nicer staff & relatively quick answers make us Happy to have it here in Tarpon Springs. 😇🙏🖐

Shouldn't have been allowed to leave after being administered a medication. Ran off the road 3 times. But otherwise service was good besides the rough nurse. At 1 point the staff was just standing around talking. My 1st visit I wasn't told what my diagnosis was and was sent home causing a 2nd visit where I ended up damaging my 2023 vehicle.

The doctor I had it was his first shift on nights and he was incredibly helpful and treated me better than any other hospitals I've been to. The intake lady is amazing shes always so kind when she sees me and the nurse I had (until her shift ended) is the only reason I stopped crying the whole time I was there. I am so very grateful. Thank you guys. Hopefully I won't need to go again but if I do I will definitely come to advent.

Great nurses and staff. The emergency room was a little busy and i had to wait. While I was waiting in the room i wasn’t offered nothing to drink for a period of 6 hours. But overall it was ok no one is perfect. Thank you !

My mother-in-law went to the ER recently. She was treated respectfully and kindly. My husband and I waited in her room with her, and we were offered water and coffee. Although waiting around for lab results and medications is never fun, we were able to watch TV and play on our phones.

Every time we come here it is always a good experience. The ER is always as fast as they can be, polite, and caring.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The clean place, efficient staff took care of me in no time. Dr. Was present during the process & gave me wonderful advises. I recommend this ER for anyone with urgent need. Thank you.

Thank you PA Matt, Nurse Amy, and Elizabeth that helped me see my baby was ok. Not going to lie, it was scary to go to a new ER especially pregnant and sick but I’m glad I did. Thank you to the staff that helped me feel much better than when I came in♥️♥️♥️

Clean, nicely remodeled hospital with absolutely fantastic staff. The staff here are what make this place and they are really a five star team. From the nurses to the doctor to the front desk people everyone treated me like a VIP. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back here if I needed to. I hope I don’t but I definitely would.

Staff did a marbleous job however the intake of patients was extremely slow at least one couple walked out and we were getting ready to walk out it’s when you don’t see any patient movement at all for a couple hours at least yet frustrated especially if you got people that are sick with you and and obviously that’s the case so I know how you can fix it but that’s a problem

I was turned away without treatment while in pain. I was discharged for not agreeing with the doctor about not wanting to be shot with a needle.

I took my husband to the ER here yesterday morning. Omg! I've never seen such a clean and beautiful ER. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and efficient. My husband had the tests he needed promptly. We were out in about 3 hours. I highly recommend this ER.
