After purchasing treadmills from sports stores, I decided to buy a good treadmill from First Place Fitness. One that would have professional quality, home setup and ongoing service. I chose the horizon Model T 202. It proved to be as good as the ones I used at LA Fitness. After 11 months, the electronics failed. This company stood behind a warranty and replaced the entire Electronics module in my home. Hats off to the service people Taylor and Diego. As well as the company for providing this excellent service.

First off Diego the installer of our FT-2 training was awesome and very thorough, I would give him 5 stars. The reason for my low review is I spent a considerable amount of money for my equipment and after waiting 8 months for delivery during the pandemic I had to delay the installation until we had a new home built and then have the equipment installed. After Diego set up the equipment I was missing one small pulley kit and i was told I would have to purchase this small item, even though I spent over $5,000 on the equipment. I was never given a direct number to call, never called back to discuss the matter and after 3 or 4 email exchanges I never heard back from First Place Fitness again. For this level of equipment, this kind of service is horrible.

I had an amazing experience with First Place Fitness Equipment Orlando. Robert is very knowledgeable and understands the needs of his customers quickly. We told him everything we needed from a treadmill and elliptical and he gave us great recommendations. He did not try to upsell or anything - which is something we appreciated since a lot of other fitness stores just tried to sell us the most expensive or available product instead of focusing on our needs. They are very quick to respond when I called and emailed them. They also have a lot of machines available in the showroom which made it easier to see the differences among models. We are very excited to upgrade our home gym with the help of Robert! Thank you!

My husband and I purchased a Precor EFX 245 elliptical for health reason because we could no longer could go to PT or the gym. I want to thank First Place Fitness for all their help, honesty and professional way they made us feel with our purchase. We are seniors and were worried about making this large purchase and felt vulnerable making a purchase on line and by phone. We were afraid with the virus to go out to the store to try this ellipitcal so we had to put out trust in First Place Fitness. Thank You First Place Fitness, it was delivered earlier than expected, and we are so pleased with the product and use it almost everyday. Who knew that the lock down at home would go on for months so we feel blessed that we made our purchase even though we could not go to the store to try it. I highly recommend First Place Fitness! After a small mishap and miscalculation on the first delivery attempt, the 2nd delivery attempt was flawless. The first delivery attempt had a simple logistic miscalculation and was no one’s fault. No big deal. Taylor, a manager at the Altamonte store, really took over the situation and made sure everything was perfect the second time. We purchased the Inspire M2 machine and a Schwinn stationary bike. Both of these pieces of equipment are top-notch! Great quality. The team that delivered them and set them up did a great job. Quick and Clean! We are very pleased with First Place Fitness and especially the great customer service provided by Taylor. We will soon upgrade our existing treadmill and First Place Fitness will be the place we go! Great product and great service! It’s great to know that attention to customer service still does exist with some companies. We are happy customers! Thanks to Taylor and his team!

We recently moved to Winter Park, FL and needed some maintenance on our Precor treadmill. Diego has completed the work and he did an excellent job! First Place Fitness is my go place for my equipment. I appreciate their professionalism and fast response times.

Diego was extremely professional and helpful! Their company has been very responsive to a couple minor equipment fixes and scheduling was prompt. Diego is very knowledgeable and friendly. On time and efficient!

I’ve had Diego out to my home twice in the past two years- first to build/install my Inspire FT2, and second to rebuild the unit from storage after a remodel. He is one of the most professional, punctual, hard working, diligent professionals in this business. He goes over and beyond in his work, including meticulously cleaning each part before assembly and even cleaning my gym floors around the unit. Better than new! Diego- what an asset to the company!!!

Diego was very professional. He was very knowledgeable And he set up my elliptical in a short time. He explained to me how to sign up my product for the warrant. I love my elliptical but the only thing I would advise is to use it for about 20 minutes or so in front of the person that sets up your equipment. My machine was not making any noise when we tested it but now there is a squeaky sound coming from it. Now I have to call for a technician to come out and check it out. Thanks again!

Update! The initial delay in set-up (due to the delivery person's injury) was resolved, and both the treadmill and the bicycle are wonderful pieces of equipment. The bike is nearly silent, and the treadmill had the features I wanted without having to purchase features I did not need. I have cancelled my gym membership!
