Love this store! Great selection! Great staff waiting to help out. I love that they have curbside pickup.

The store is clean and it is one of the few stores where employees still wear masks. They have good quality clothes that are always fashionable.

Very cute store, employees that helped us were very friendly! Their jeans are some of the best fitting compared to other stores in the countryside mall. The boxers are very comfortable and we absolutely the designs! The fitting rooms tend to be dusty which is the only big downside to this store.

Well never did I expect some young woman to be so warm,welcoming,knowledgeable how to help much older woman in fashion and offer great assistance etc. Dana has a magical spirit,a great sales personality ,full of good character,beautiful,positive and caring. Then the sales help and kindness was contagious the blond cashier offered me a credit card but I decline but she was smiley and talkative about the jeans which was nice info. Then little darling Katie was splendid just saying hi and asking how my day was? She folded clothes as we chatted. The fella there was a bit shy but pleasant but kind . I say you have a great team. Dana is especially serious about fashion for everyone. She patienty helped my friend who is much older but loved the jeans..she's well rounded in her knowledge. I brought my daughter in a few weeks ago as we were looking for zip up jackets for her to have as the weather gets a bit colder. Mahtab over heard us struggling to find one and offered to show my daughter one from the clearance section. She loved it and was so happy! Now she asks to go back there to shop all the time.

Loved the jean shorts and loved the service we got from the little girl up front she went above and beyond to save us money and we thankful for that kind of service.

I have shopped at American Eagle for many many years. I found some jeans today in the clearance area which were marked 39.99. The sign above the clearance area clearly states that all clearance is 50% off. When I went to check out,I was told the jeans were NOT included. Nowhere does it state that jeans are not included in the 50% off clearance. They are clearly in the clearance area,so if they are NOT included, they should either be moved or have a sign stating that. It is very misleading -which is obviously your intent. It is very frustrating to your customers and leaves them feeling mislead. This practice is not conducive to getting return customers.

A gal named Dana helped me get some jeans for work and was super nice! She looked at every Jean I tried on and gave me an honest opinion! I now have the cutest jeans for work and going out after!!! She is also a stylist and offered to help me with that fall wardrobe I know I’ll need help with!! 110% recommend
