Had the 8 piece family tray. Loaded with tons of fries and lots of yummy chicken. I did have to try some fries on my way home because they smelled so good. Eddie rang me up and provided excellent service. What a great place to visit! Will definitely come again soon!

So I ordered 4 Catfish Fillets, these things look like Tilapia. Batter was falling off. Also ordered 12 wings.. 40 bucks for this food. Never again

I checked out Chicken factory since it's a recent new restaurant near my job. I was so disappointed with the food, and the length of time it took to get it. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked in very OLD oil, absolutely awful flavor, the fries were drenched in oil from the chicken being thrown into the container, the coleslaw lid had popped off because of the heat from the chicken and the slice of cake I purchased was so stale, basically the cake (FROM SWEET HOUSE BAKERY) was DRY with no flavor and let me emphasize DRY. The restaurant had a t.v on with high volume and it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I went based on the reviews but honestly have no idea why the experience was so bad. I will not be back.

I took a chance on this place when I purchased a Groupon and decided to see what they were all about. THEY WERE ALL ABOUT TASTY FOOD!!! I got a gorgeous crispy and seasoned to perfection two piece dark with a beautiful fluffy waffle accommodated with butter and syrup and they let me put the butter on myself!!! I also got a lovely side of hush puppies which could have filled me up almost by itself. Along with that a lovely frozen lemonade that I sipped while I waited on my order. Even though I had a Groupon I was not shorted by service nor by the wonderful food it was delicious and the service and the chef were wonderful I hope everybody comes out to support this black owned business with the proper support they are on the way to culinary greatness!!! I was so happy I took videos of me enjoying the food and couldn't stop talking about it throughout the afternoon when people ask me what the highlight of my day was going to chicken factory was definitely it!!!! A+++

Took a chance and tried this place out, called in my order on the phone they said it would be ready in 20 minutes ok cool. Order 30 wings, with fries and mushrooms. 20 minutes go by I get there food not ready I wait an additional 30 minutes! I get home nothing is hot or even warm! Chicken cold fries and mushrooms cold! My thing is why say 20 minutes if I get there food not ready and I gotta wait another 30 minutes! I wouldn’t mind waiting more time if the food was fresh and hot. The chicken tasted like y’all made it 30 minutes ago and just let it sit there🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ and everything else was cold. Avoid this place at all cost ! Just spend 55 dollars on cold food!

First time here for my husband and I. We both had chicken, he had dark meat that he was ok with. I had the 2 chicken breast dinner. Soon as I opened up my food I said this is fried to hard which makes it dry. Good taste, coleslaw is delicious, couldn't eat the dry chicken. Don't know if I will be back. Slow service.

A regular driver from Madina’s my name is Francisco and I had the best experience and wings ever yesterday for lunch. The flavor was amazing, they were crispy, the sauces? OH MY…. They were yummy. It’s a great place to get some good lunch

I've visited a few times and first of all Benita gives great customer service which is hard to find, the food I've had was fresh and tasty, the cakes are better than the others in the area and the place is clean and smells good. I definitely recommend them!

If you have not been over here you HAVE to try this place out. Fresh cooked chicken, never undercooked. You can actually taste the catfish meat, and everybody there is extremely friendly! 10/10 recommended

My husband went to this establishment today. We are highly disappointed in the food and the service. 1st the person taking the order didn't get it correct. 2nd we believe that the catfish we ordered isn't catfish at all, but some other type of white fish. The batter doesn't stick, the fish itself wasn't seasoned. It was a horrible experience all around. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Will they get our money.
