They need to fire this black women receptionist. She refused to take me back for bloodwork even after i was already there waiting for 30min n they still had 30min remaining for close. N she comes out n yell that myself and coworker is alone atm and we can't take you i was like i have been waiting here for half hour n you're telling me now that you can't work anymore. N she goes like pickup this page n scan and make a appointment n come tomorrow. N all that by yelling literally, she never talks she yells like if i was the slave or something! Please look at the other comments for her as well

I wish I could give that place a 0 stars. People working there are just super lazy. I came to that place at 3:30 ( they close at 4) which gives 30 min before closing, 2 working people and I have been told that thry are to busy to do a simple blood work. First they were telling that they have other appointments but when no one showed they changed their minds and said that they have to finish paperwork. 2 working people and absolutely no patients, telling 30 min before closing that they are too busy. Something is obviously wrong with this place.

I made an appointment for lab work for 3:30. I made it maybe 10 minutes late for my appointment, which I do acknowledge. My issue was that I got there 3:45 and I was told that I couldn't get my do my labs. They close at 4pm and they take walk-ins. There's no way I shouldn't have been refused service. If they stop taking lab requests at 3:45 it should be posted somewhere

Don't ever go to this place unless you want to be treated like a piece of garbage by the same women who is mentioned in multiple reviews. It most be a franchise location that she owns, because there's no way she can still have a job with all these documented cases and how she treats patience. Its sad to know she chooses to treat people with this disrespect and gets away with it. Respect is earned and that's why I'm singling her out.

I had trouble signing into the machine. Since, I don't see anyone at the front desk and guess this is the new way to sign in after COVID. I took the picture to post it on Google. Glad I did, I saw all the negative reviews and I decided to walk out rather than giving a chance. Maybe I'll try different center. I'm giving 3 stars which is neutral as I didn't use their service apart from trying to sign in to the machine.

It’s difficult to know how much workload is involved for each patient in line. But giving a 2 hour long wait list delay when there are only 3 people ahead of you, that is scratching a new level of incompetence. If the place is short staffed because there aren’t enough customers, then that should be looked at…..hopefully. Also the first appointment time shown was 150 pm and later it changed to 1145 am…..so again it’s confusing.

Staff was fine. I went in for a blood draw, urinalysis and b/p with weight check. I entered the draw room on-time or before my appointment.

Horrible service! my mom had an appointment schedule at 9:10 and was 10:00 am and my mom was still not being helped, orders had been faxed but their fax never works! my mom walked out instead .. I wouldn't give any stars at all

Very good service, Mercedes is a great professional and has a lot of patience with children!
