Great place to live. Coldest of winter days I did not feel it. New building airtight. Nice people, good management and very accommodating to Seniors' well being. I love being here. Apartments are clean and pretty spacious (open concept arrangements).

I want to thank the staff for making my stuffed pizza in such a quick amount of time. The staff here is incredibly nice especially the boss. They make the best pizza and I loved my experience here! I recommend coming here!

Service was very poor. Pizza has been out for an hour asked for fresh pizza they claimed they had to wait till old pizza was finished never had this issue at any other locations. When I asked about this I was met with attitude. Went here just for the pizza so it’s highly disappointing that I had such a horrible experience and wasted my time.

I went there today. Mari. I think that was her name. My friend and I were getting pizza. Two separate orders. I ordered cheese and she ordered pepperoni.I don’t eat meat so having sausage pizza was kind of an annoyance. It’s not like this pizza is cheap, either. So it was a nice waste of my money and I will not be coming back there again. I called the place and all Mari had to say for herself was that she thought my friend and I were going to the place so it shouldn’t matter. Clearly it mattered since no one even ordered sausage. She just wasn’t listening to me. I don’t know how someone can be so dumb. 🤷‍♀️ You’ve got one job, man.

I have been a big fan of Sbarro pizza for years. I have never seen them outside of malls & it is my preferred food court item if I ever go shopping. The staff at this location is minimally friendly unfortunately but the pizza still slaps.

The food at this Sbarro might be the worst food from a Sbarro I've ever had. I'm not sure why I even ate here because every location I've eaten at so far is horrendous. But, dear god. They somehow messed up potatoes. How do you even do that?! The service is great, but its kind of irrelevant because I feel like this food may be creating a tumor in my soul. Yep.

This was beyound the best customer service I've ever had the employee they had working her name is Kayla! She knows exactly what to do and she got my order right and in a timely matter! She has the best customer service I've ever encountered in my life! Thanks!

The pizza wasn’t that good it was ok I think little Cesar is better but they were nice

If I could give this place a -1000 star I would. I went to this shabarros and bought a pizza slice. The slice had charcoal in it and it chipped my tooth. This pizza ruined my smile, my perfectly nice looking teeth. I could have choked and died with that charcoal piece.I can imagine a small child chewing it and unintentionally swallowing the hard piece and choking to death. The employees here do not clean the ovens properly. Their negligence caused me to lose my tooth partially. The oven residue hardens overtime and creates a really hard substance which feels like stone. ALOT of this hard substance was in my pizza .When i confronted one of the supervisors about it, she treated me like if i was crazy. She didn't acknowledge that i was hurt due to their negligence .She actually gave me a very hard time and ran to the back. Consumers beware. I am deeply sadden at the fact that my tooth got chipped by eating this pizza. Now i will have to go to the dentist for the rest of my life to get this fixed because we all know that teeth do not grow back and fillings fall off every couple of years. I am very depressed due to the fact that i was just trying to have a fun time at the mall eating pizza and watching a movie and now i have lost some of my perfectly good tooth while eating this pizza due to the negligence of the employees here. i am deeply depressed at the fact that i will not be able to obtain ORIGINAL bone structure with conventional dentistry practices.

Customer services is terrible i asked the manager can I taste the pasta before I purchased it He refused to let me sample it so basically I had to buy this big bowl of pasta that I may not have even liked I don’t think that was fair after I spent a lot of money there already 😔
