I heard about LaParra from a friend and decided to take the drive to Berwyn. Let me tell you, my wife and I were amazed. First of all the ambiance is welcoming and you definitely feel as if your in an upscale establishment. We dined in the patio area and were thoroughly impressed with the courtyard. What was striking was the delightful chandeliers over most tables. Secondly, and more importantly, the food was delicious. From the octopus to the pear salad and later the pizza all I can say is excellent! Finally, the owners and the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant!

First time there and had a wonderful time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our food was amazing. Our drinks were good, but we like stronger drinks. But overall the drinks were delicious. Desert was amazing. Definitely will return.

Had dinner at La Parra tonight and it did not disappoint. The service was 100/10. Would come back again for the service alone. The drinks were delicious and creative. We had four tapas and they were all good but the grilled octopus was phenomenal. The fish tacos we wish had a corn tortilla, but the fish itself was perfectly seasoned. The ambiance was on point with live music, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great time, and will definitely be back again!

Hidden gem! Outstanding service, appetizers and delicious food! By far exceeded our expectations. The filet mignon by far amazing in quality, taste and precision - above upscale fine dining. This place absolutely 💯 above the Gibson, Jordan and Perry Steak houses. Flavorful drinks too! A must visit, definitely worth every dollar spent. Thank you La Parra for the exceptional service, food and ambiance.

I wanted to take the wife out to a new place to dine. LA PARRA RESTAURANT & BAR in Berwyn was our choice. A Mediterranean spot with a mix of Italian cuisine. The atmosphere was great and the food was superb. The staff is wonderful and gave us great service. We really recommend La Parra for a wonderful family or intimate dining experience.

Went for dinner and had really good time. Beautiful and very tasty drinks. Delicious food (beef carpaccio is the best) great prices. Live musicians:) Nice service, friendly staff. Really good vibes. We went there on Tuesday and I felt like it’s Friday (very busy). Can’t wait to see you guys again 🙂

Every year my boss takes all her employees out for a new year's dinner. We decided to try La Parra, too fancy and high prices for my liking. It was good, I tried the gnocchi for the first time in my life and I would definitely try it again!

A Chicago suburb hidden gem!! I ordered the gnocchi ricotta, and it was some of the best gnocchi I’ve had in my travels. The sauce is creamy and super flavorful, and I like that the dish comes with chicken as well (gotta get that protein!). The dish was topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, microgreens, and truffles, and WOW did that add to the look AND the taste. Wonderful dish for the price. I also ordered the violet mule, which was also a great choice. They have a curated cocktail menu, which I love to see after a busy day at work. The violet flavor is subtle and pairs so well with the other ingredients in the mule for a well rounded cocktail. The service was also phenomenal. All around great spot for lunch or dinner!

Phenomenal! Pepe and Francisco attended to my fiancé and I with great detail for my Birthday dinner. We visited the establishment on a Tuesday night when the restaurant was not as busy. We did have a reservation and were greeted by a beautiful hostess. We did choose to sit in the patio where live music was playing by a very nice older gentleman. Definitely will be coming back for special occasions. Food was exceptional and not to mention the drinks were great. Awesome selection!

Had a great lunch here a few weeks ago, looking forward to returning. Really good wine selection, lots of small plates and apps to share, and the service was spectacular. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Delicious entrees and tapas options! Exquisite service with expertly prepared foods with flavors from Latin and Spain cuisine. Cocktail options that are so unique, you’ll leave excited to come back! My only feedback would be to have more options for vegetarians.

Excellent food and environment! Each time I visit it’s as if I’m experiencing something new and exciting. Food was phenomenal and the Live music on the outdoor patio was an amazing touch. We enjoyed our date night to the fullest!!

Met with my dear friend for lunch. We had the entire place to ourselves. Celebrating friendship in a cozy atmosphere. The food and service excellent. Every single dish so tasty I need to go back to try everything on the menu. Drinks beautifully presented and the homemade coconut liquor is something I need every day. 2nd visit on 7/29, I absolutely loved the service, food and drinks, all excellent. Thank you for such a beautiful night!!!! La Parra is my favorite place to celebrate special occasions and people in my life.

I'm incredibly impressed. This location is excellent. Every detail was amazing. Even though I'm not easily pleased, this place well exceeded my expectations. The staff is excellent. The meal is excellent. The beverages were excellent. Anyone entering the establishment may anticipate both superb food and excellent service. The proprietors were present and saw to it that everyone had a great time. There isn't a single negative thing I can say about this location. Give it a go. You won't be dissatisfied.

Thoroughly impressed. This place is top notch. Everything was perfect. I’m not easy to please and this place exceeded every expectation. The staff is wonderful. The food is wonderful. The drinks were wonderful. Everyone that enters the place can expect excellent food and excellent service. The owners were on site and made sure that everyone had a wonderful experience. I can’t find one bad thing to say about this place. Try it out. You will not be disappointed.

This is a hidden gem! Beautiful atmosphere, incredible food and delicious drinks. For a date night, girls night or simply a casual stop for drinks after work this place is simply five stars through and through. Had the gnocchi and my fiancée had the steak and both were top five of all restaurants we’ve tried before. Apps were also delicious! Even the dessert. Honestly, stop by this place, truly worth it! Forgot to say; service is amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Our server was great and attentive. Super happy with everything about this place.

Came here for a girls night out and this place didNOT disappoint! Server was amazing and very attentive. The food was spectacular! Fried Calamari - wonderful (but I do wish they were fried just a TAD longer Patatas Bravas - Seasoned so well with a slight crisp on the outside. They gave you some bread with a hummus type sauce initially, so I dipped the potatoes in that sauce and 10/10 would recommend doing that! For dinner I had the NY Velasco and the steak was cooked soo perfectly! Well seasoned and the potatoes that came with it were so flavorful. For dessert we had the special that was recommended: vanilla cheesecake and a pumpkin flavored ice cream. The ice cream was 10/10 - like a lightly flavored pumpkin but not overwhelmingly pumpkiny - if that makes sense lol Cheesecake tasted a little heavy but it was good. Ihad two drinks: Frida - I got it just for the rose lol and it was just beautiful! Not too sweet either like most mixed drinks, which is def a plus. Lime Margarita - Same, not too sweet but tasted delicious. Prices are a bit high but IMO worth it. Will def be back!

The food was really good! Better than I expected. I will highly recommend visiting this place because of this reason. However, the service was poor. I had to be asking several different staff to bring the things that I needed to my table because I did not seem to have an assigned waitress. In fact, the waitress, that I thought was assigned to my table, was just paying attention to tables of more than 2 parties; I felt a little left on my own after my plate was served. The ambiance is pleasant. It will help if they added more soothing or even live music to make the experience even more memorable. Thank you,

I definitely love the restaurant. Their food is amazing, and so are their specialty drinks. The parking in the area at times can be a little challenging. Prices may be a bit higher than normal for the area. But it's worth it. They also host private event parties.
