The lady that does check in is always nice, but the LNP, Emily, we got today was terrible. She refused to give my son a note for being checked out of school early for a sports physical. She said we should have done it after school hours. She doesn’t know what our schedule is like and I rarely have free time after school or on the weekends because of their sports schedules. She was also unprofessional, rude and in a huge rush to get us out of there. We felt like we were bothering her. We won’t be back.

Casey and her staff were very helpful in a time of uncertainty. I was able to schedule my appointment with ease. When I arrived, they were ready for me and after a few pre-appointment questions I was taken right back. The staff was very personable and made me feel comfortable at all times. I am very pleased with the Little Clinic inside of Shepherdsville Kroger and should the need arise, they are who I will be calling!

The little clinic is a great concept and I have used them before. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them as they cannot staff the facility. I have had (2) two appointments cancelled in (2) two days because they can't get anyone to com in to work. When asked about rescheduling I was told that there was no guarantee that they would have staffing available when my appointment was rescheduled for. Love the concept, but it should be closed if they can't at least get someone to come to work...

I honestly can’t say enough about Casey and her staff, I’m so glad I chose this location. Casey went above and beyond to make sure both myself and my son’s medical needs were met. She was very professional, personable and makes sure her patients are taken care of! This is hands down by far the most put together Little Clinic I’ve ever been to, clean, organized and the staff is absolutely amazing to work with, you feel as if they actually care and know what they are doing!

If I could have given them a minus 5 I would have. I am sick with sore throat and red bumps in my throat. After spending all morning on my computer unsuccessfully trying to book an appointment with any doctor for today I decided to go to the little clinic. I went to the one at new cut and the one on Mudd lane. Both said no appointments were available. I called the one in Shepherdsville while driving to it. The lady said no appointments. I said, what the hell, I am sick. Can you tell me where I can get an appointment? Click She hung up on me. I called back and said, why did you hang up on me. She said you cussed at me. I said, I did not. I was just asking for help. Because I said what the hell this lady said I cussed at her. I immediately said I am sorry. I did not feel that was cussing. Click Really??? 1st the computer system kept kicking me out all morning so I could not make an appointment at any facility that was open today. I get ready and start driving to find a doctor. It's noon and I have been to 3 different Kroger little clinics and all three say they cannot take any more appointments for the day. What the hell. They don't close at 5. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Especially when you feel terrible anyway. PS: sorry, don't say hell. 😳

I can't say enough about Casey and her staff at The Little Clinic, Peggy was prompt in getting me signed in and vitals. Peggy also made sure anyone sitting in the waiting area had their masks on. Thank you Peggy for being diligent. Casey was responsive to my concerns and questions about my health. I big shout out to Casey and Peggy for putting your patients first!

I went to this location with a scheduled wait time and “we’ll hold your spot “on the website. My appointment time was 1:03 pm when I arrived at 12:50 someone was right in front of me which was understandable ,at 1:10 pm the nurse on duty apologized and said she would fit me and the other guy waiting before lunch, she then seen the other guy and he left. I was still waiting patiently at 1:32 I looked up to see she had left and put the provider on lunch sign on the monitor with no mention to me . I understand having a lunch break but I could have been notified I wasn’t going to be seen until after lunch instead of just waiting..very unprofessional .

Very grateful that my husband and I chose this location when we were both sick. Casey Prestigacamo the NP who took care of us was very thorough and responsive to our needs. Because of her knowledge and expertise, she pretty much saved my husband’s life, who was much sicker than I thought he was. Very thankful that we chose the Shepherdsville location.

The new staff at this location is very unprofessional. The last 2 times I've went there the nurses have showed up late and had to wait forever. The medicine that was prescribed made me feel worse. Tried calling ALL day and was told by Theresa that I would get a call back. Never got a call back. It's really disappointing because I used to love going to this location.

It is my experience & opinion Nurse Kathy is extremely difficult and hateful . Spoke with pharmacy associates & they agreed as well . We made appt online , arrived on time & she immediately directed us to the pharmacy for a flu shot. Our insurance dosnt cover vaccines , That’s why we have to get the vaccine in the little clinic . So then , she made us wait for another appt time because SHE DIRECTED US TO THE PHARMACY & wasted my time .. so her solution is wait for another appt , not get us in before another person walks in . This is a circumstance that isn’t acceptable to people who don’t like wasting time for something simple !!! Shepherdsville Ky

We will no longer use this location after the NON-treatment received yesterday. If I wanted a Google print-out, I could have done that myself. The ARNP was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I would not recommend this location for anyone that was sick.
