Helpful and friendly this visit. Past visits have not been great. Seems to depend on whos working. Good location and they had what i needed. I reccomend getting a phone case before taking your phone out of the package. I dropped mine 2nd day and thw screen shattered. They do not replace under warranty.

first of all MetroPCS/ T Mobile sucks,Bought the phone 3 weeks ago it is Alcatel, was told it was a good phone some how, somebody else's Facebook on my brand new phone not refurbished I'm only getting half of my texts I do mean literally have not the whole text I'm not able to answer my phone half the time and there's times that all of a sudden I'll get like 10 calls or texts missed calls or texts all at one time and they were being sent to me all day long but he tells me it's not MetroPCS T-Mobile service that it's just a bad phone but yet they told me it was a good phone took it back up there and for $150 more upgrade for me I'm going back to AT&T never had a problem I've had them for 8 years so think twice before you get that good deal I'd rather pay $55 than $50 very unhappy customer😣

I've been a customer for a couple of years and needed to add 2 lines. I asked if I could do the 4 lines, 4 new phones deal, even though I am an existing customer. The man at the store said sure. However, he quickly set up the changes, asked if I wanted protectors for the phones and bada boo, bada bing, I had two new phones and he was on to the next customer. It was a rushed transaction with only 2 new phones. Later that day I realized my Amazon Prime, Google One and call detail had been removed from my account. He never explained that the plan was changed - he never explained anything actually. From now on, I will go to another store. I will say, though, their phone agents were absolutely fantastic and assisted me in restoring all of my removes features.

I would not go to this location. I will be trying the Dixie Hwy location. The guy here was absolutely pissed that I was simply questioning about switching services .I was turned off by his attitude so I just left. I will be trying a different location hopefully with better luck

I have never had such an easy experience upgrading a phone! Sam was so helpful, quick, & friendly. So glad we chose this location!!

I was swapping over from Straight Talk after 10 years, and the sales staff made the process super easy. T Mobile network has proved super reliable so far. The free phone I got with a new line is way better than my previous phone I had. Staff was very knowledgeable, and I plan to stay with Metro for a long time. The customer service was great, both over the phone and in person.

BEWARE OF LIERS & THIEFS!!!!!!! DO NOT ever sign up at this location, they will tell whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up, and then say they didn't. The "couple" that works there have their lies in synch and when you call them with a concern they give you the 1-800 number and go back on thier word. NEVER recommend anyone to them!!!!!!

Great service they offer very good discounts and the guy in charge jay hes very friendly i walkout with speaker phone case temper glass for as low $180 and good samsung phone i will be coming back💯💯💪🏿
