I've
been
coming
to
this
location
for
many
years,
and
other
than
longer
wait
times
or
minor
food
mishaps,
I've
never
had
a
negative
encounter
until
yesterday.
We
arrived
(party
of
3)
and
stood
at
the
hostess
table
waiting
to
be
seated.
The
place
was
relatively
empty
with
about
3-4
servers.
No
hostess
was
there
to
sit
us
right
away,
which
is
fine,
we
waited
around
for
a
couple
mins,
and
were
still
not
greeted
or
acknowledged
by
anyone,
so
we
decided
to
sit
on
our
own.
We
made
our
way
to
a
booth
and
asked
the
first
server
we
saw
if
we
could
go
ahead
and
sit.
The
server,
allegedly
named
Karen,
very
rudely
told
us
"no,
you
need
to
go
back
up
there."
Mind
you
this
girl
was
leaning
on
the
next
booth
over,
with
her
elbows
up
on
the
table
and
was
talking
to
two
patrons
seated
who
I
imagine
she
knew
or
were
perhaps
friends
of
hers.
I
don't
believe
she
was
actually
serving
them,
since
I
saw
another
server
tend
to
them.
It's
all
in
how
she
said
it.
There
are
many
other
ways
she
could
have
spoken
to
us.
"Do
you
guys
mind
going
back
up
and
waiting
to
be
seated,"
etc.
Our
actual
server
ended
up
being
very
nice.
Karen
needs
some
customer
service
training
or
she's
in
the
wrong
industry
entirely.
