Food was okay. I placed an online order and picked it up. We ordered a couple things that had been discontinued in store but was still listed online. We had no idea they didn't sell them anymore since the website let us order. Instead of removing the items we couldn't get, they left them on the order. These totaled almost $20 that we would have wasted. We had to go back to the store and ask where part of our order was, only to be told they discontinued those items and we could only get a refund. The refund should have happened as soon as the cooks realized items were ordered that were no longer available. Seemed a little shady to me.

Ordered takeout from this location and it wasn't the quality and delicious food I expected. Bone-in wings were dry and very bland tasting. Fries were undercooked and the Buffalo Shrimp were soggy. Will likely return at some point but it not anytime soon.

Horrible smell, fix it please all The staff are awesome food not bad, but the stinky smell from the bathrooms is horrible if I come back and it still smells like that I’m leaving when you go in. Check the bathroom first. The smell carries through the whole restaurant.

I've been coming to this location for many years, and other than longer wait times or minor food mishaps, I've never had a negative encounter until yesterday. We arrived (party of 3) and stood at the hostess table waiting to be seated. The place was relatively empty with about 3-4 servers. No hostess was there to sit us right away, which is fine, we waited around for a couple mins, and were still not greeted or acknowledged by anyone, so we decided to sit on our own. We made our way to a booth and asked the first server we saw if we could go ahead and sit. The server, allegedly named Karen, very rudely told us "no, you need to go back up there." Mind you this girl was leaning on the next booth over, with her elbows up on the table and was talking to two patrons seated who I imagine she knew or were perhaps friends of hers. I don't believe she was actually serving them, since I saw another server tend to them. It's all in how she said it. There are many other ways she could have spoken to us. "Do you guys mind going back up and waiting to be seated," etc. Our actual server ended up being very nice. Karen needs some customer service training or she's in the wrong industry entirely.

Never got seated. Waitress ignored us and decided to stack glasses. After 15 minutes of waiting we left. Worst one I've ever been to, and I've been to them all over the western hemisphere. Never again.

The food is great! And generally the waitresses are always on it. Ours Tonight was very MIA. Had to go to the bar to get another beer. And our wait time in between everything was very long.

The absolute worst experience at any restaurant I’ve ever had…got our appetizer before we got our drinks, waited an hour and a half for our food which still wasn’t even ready so we canceled it and left. They were fulfilling to-go orders before dine in orders…whoever manages this restaurant should be fired and never allowed to work Restaraunt work again…oh also there was no air so we sat the entire time waiting for food in an 85 degree room. Also my fiancés tea was brought to her with absolutely no ice…I wish this location would just close already.

Wings were good. Price was a little crazy but since Biden everything is. Trish our server was spot on. Friendly efficient and pretty.

We waited 25 minutes for drinks. Appetizers came out before the drinks. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was tough and dry. Had to stack dirty plates on ledge because they weren't cleaning off the table. We had a party of 12 and other than us there was only 5 other people in the whole restaurant.

If I could give a no star, I would give it. I understand that on Christmas day they would be short staff and maybe a wait but when the host with long black hair allows their friends cut in front of us and give them their usually table was pretty messed up. Then the other host or waitress tells us there is a 30-minute wait so the kitchen can catch up on their orders which was fine. Then 10 minutes later she tells us it's going to be an hour in a half wait tbc the to go orders comes first before customers at the door. I will never step foot in there.

Just as I remembered from many years ago. Excellent wings, shrimp tacos, and drinks. The woman bartender was a treasure.

Bone in wings, cheese fries and chicken tacos. Everything was very good. Our waitress was training and was a very attentive waitress.

I came to this place with the best disposition to consume and suddenly after the fourth drink they told me that I could not consume more alcohol, when I am paying for it and sharing it with my boyfriend and a friend, it is outrageous and very annoying to go to a place where you pay what that you consume and have limits, nothing else exists here in this seedy place, where I will never come again and I recommend the same for anyone who thinks that coming to this place would be nice to have a good time just to come and see Several girls lack a lot of personality and professionalism, it is definitely not a place to share and want to have a good time, there is nothing with taste and pleasure that has limits in life.

Just wanted to stop by and brag about Summer. Her personally behind the bar is Outstanding. She isn't just a beautiful lady, but she represents Hooters with class!! She knows how to upsale food, work her crowd, and communicate with servers. This woman isn't your everyday bartender that just slang drinks. I'm Thankful to have had her as my bartender. She is the kind of bartender that makes you become a regular. Thank you, Hooters

Great wings and tenders where awesome tasted good and juicy

I ordered the boneless BBQ chicken wings at this location and I got food poisoning. I was throwing up for 30 minutes straight and still had not fully recovered a day later. Even a few days later, I am feeling the symptoms. Although the service was great, I would not recommend eating here.

Another day where no one comes to work and staff that did show up is overwhelmed. I appreciated my waitress doing her best, but the overall experience was lacking. The food was just ok. I'm not sure about another visit...

Bogo is buy one get one. We eat there weekly! Was told tonight my wife and I couldn’t share. False advertisement, will stop going here. Completely insane to tell someone what they can and can’t do with their food they are buying. Won’t be back, $7.99 beers, they aren’t making enough!!! Used to be our spot once a week. You all have lost a customer that spent $60-$80 a week.

The wings weren't terrible but not great either. 4 stars only because Trish the bartender is so sweet and personable. She really was great. Give that woman a raise!

Good experience here. The wings took a minute but they were fantastic. Good draft beer selection too.

Their pretzel bites and mozzarella cheese sticks were awesome. Best pretzel bites I've had in a long time and the pull on the cheese sticks were long and yummy. We had several different wings and they were all good.

If you are doing an Uber eats pick up here, forget it, I walked in a waited for 10 minutes and no one acknowledges me at all but proceeded to wait on others that come in after me. Every time I get an order to pickup from there it is never ready and have wait forever on an order that should have been ready when I got there. This applies to the one on DuPont circle also.

Great place for a beer and food. I recommend sitting at the for better experience. Floor staff keeps rotating with new faces, service inconsistent.

Terrible service! Waitresses obviously had a problem with each other. The waitress we were supposed to have sat 3 other tables, took there orders and ignored us! It Took forever to get waited on then my burger comes out plain, no lettuce, tomatoes or onion, only cheese. Separate from fries. Then my 2nd (and last G&T comes with a lemon, not a lime. We couldn't wait to get out of there. I can honestly say this was the worst dining experience we have ever experienced.

There night shift has horrible service all but maybe 2 off the servers were hospitable. One of the girls thought they could speak sideways to my child and had a nasty attitude in general. They were slow and it still took over an hour for us to get our food. Preston highway hooters, y'all need to step your game up. That was not ok. On a positive note, Shout out to the beautiful black bartender for putting the servers in their place. You did a fine job as well, made your job look effortless.

Waited a while before anyone noticed I was at the door. Waitress forgot to put in my appetizers. Food arrived and wings were wrong flavor but waitress failed to catch that before serving it. Noticed another person waited to be seated and walked out because the staff is nowhere to be found. Sad part is that only 3 tables were full, so it was really slow.

Stopped end to eat. Only 6 people in restaurant eating. Server took us to our seat and said she would be right back to take drink order. 10 mins she came back , we ordered our drinks she took 2 steps and turned around said what did you want. I ordered again , she stepped away and came right back didn’t remember 2 drinks an appetizer. We got up and left.

Paige is awesome. Really friendly. She cares about her tables., she won't dissapoint. I will keep asking for her as long as she works there. She is great. The food is really good, love the pretzels with cheese. The buffalo chicken sandwhich is my go to sandwhich.

Absolutely the worse service I’ve ever seen took 20 min for our waitress to acknowledge us another 20 min then another 45 min to get our food asked for another drink never received it but then tried to charge me for it our food was ice cold never checked on us til she brought our check to the table will never visit this store again!!
