T.J. Maxx is one of the most reliable store when you are on vacation. You do not need to take a lot of clothes with you just visit T.J. Maxx and you have everything you need, sometimes even great brands are present there. Recommend

Bought Back-to-School clothes, while shopping for them we saw cutest small Barrell chairs and ottoman. Went back and purchased two chairs and the only ottoman they had left. I've looked for chairs like this for a long, long time. Everything we bought was great. Customer service was awesome as well. Great job TJMax!

Shelves are often bare, employees a4e generally nice, many have no idea about their store or products. Often times there is only one or two registers open. Does not get a lot of the same items as mainland stores.

Nice little dept store type setup. I've gotten a variety of offerings from this place over the years. Furniture, cat beds, weird snacks, hot sauces, clothes... The variety is impressive given the space they operate in. No complaints at all. The prices are good. The selection changes regularly, so it's always interesting to visit even if there isn't anything specific I'm looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful when you find one out on the floor which is infrequent, but they always have a smile and a nod for you when they are out there. Phrog stamp of approval, mahalo tj maxx!

Very clean, nice, well organized TJ Maxx. Surpassed all the mainland TJ Maxx that I ve been to in terms of friendliness and cleanliness. Your kitchen department is great . You should stock more fun clothing as tourists do come to your store besides the locals.

They have too many things to look at... just kidding. I picked up a face scrub and was in and out of there quickly...

Love this store. They need a bigger selection for men's and boys when it comes to shoes and clothes. It's rare if they have any mens or boys shoes, and for the men's and boys' clothes, there's just not a huge selection. Awesome home decor, good toy section, good pet section, kitchen section is pretty full of useful stuff and the holiday section is always awesome. Line is pretty long most of the time, but the cashiers get through the customers pretty quickly.

Store is getting more merchandise in everyday!! Holiday Season get really busy shop early to beat the crowds🤙🏾🇬🇧

Great store and friendly staff! You can find so many different things here from clothes and shoes to food and household items. The items change quite a bit so if you see something you like you should buy it then otherwise it may not come back in stock.

Well-stocked and managed store. Limited selection of men's clothing and Cat Supplies. Loads of dog supplies, housewares, and women and children's clothes.

I really like this place if I'm looking for a gift for someone, or just shopping around. They have a wide selection of items, and the stock is constantly changing.

My favorite store in Hilo. I ALWAYS have to stop here & only place I shop at in the mall. Way better than Ross. Better selections. Prices can be a little more but better quality things. PLEASE open one in Kona! We need one

Always love a TJ Maxx shop. There is something to find from clothes, home goods or a food treat. Had to make a stop at the Hilo, HI location, just to check it out. Found U of HI socks, but not much else local. No team sports merch hailing from the Seattle teams which encompass and include HI fans. It's a clean and well lit shop with the usual TJ Maxx offerings. Free parking at this indoor mall location. Not too far off the highway, was fun to stop in to explore!

I was amazed at the good organization of the store. No crowded aisles and the racks aren't jammed with clothes...just the right amount of merchandise.. good choices..and the clerks are friendly and treat us like family. Very clean and the dressing rooms are top notch. I was able to find beautiful things to fit my odd size. Great store.
