I arrived on time for my pre-booked gel polish appointment, which was changed to an earlier time than my original booking at the tail technician's request. I waited 25 minutes before I had to ask at reception how much longer I would be waiting. At this point I was told it would be another 5 minutes. Perhaps it would be good customer service to let clients know on arrival if they are likely to be waiting longer than 10 minutes for their appointment, or at least apologise and explain if things are running over so that they can make a decision on whether to wait. First time using Envisage and won't be returning. Poor customer service.

Vicky does my hair for me. I worked with vicky in nuneaton for many years. She is so warm, friendly and very professional. Being a hairdresser myself. I wouldn't trust anyone else. First class hairdressing.

Jane's cutting and styling is amazing. Not just anyone can cut my type of hair well. Jane uses her expertise and makes it easy. I would not trust anyone else.

Fantastic salon, the staff are always chatty and helpful. Great service, I love getting my hair done here and so does my 5 year old. They are so good with her, can't recommend this salon enough!!
