The staff at the shop were so helpful and knowledgeable regarding different harnesses for our Newfoundland and helped us put it on our fluffy dog. Mini our dog also got weight checked here also yet again the staff were brilliant and gave her a treat. Highly recommend.

Took my 2 Dogs into the Store at the start of the week, Grace was fantastic at helping me choose new food for their picky diet (which they love)! Very informative and knowledgeable on all types of foods!

We visited here with two Guide Dog puppies in training as it is a good experience for them to get used to being in shops. It also gets them used to the sounds and smells of a pet store especially the smells of the small animals. We also got them weighed at the vets upstairs. The staff are always pleased to see the puppies and are friendly and helpful

Helpful and knowledgeable even offering to carry my shopping to my car. Will definitely be going back. The wide variety of treats for dogs is amazing. I bought a jurassic bone for my husky, Ianto who wore himself out chewing it I will be going back again next month.

Nice service and well laid out. In there for sons puppy and been a few years since we had a dog of our own, it's difficult to comment on prices but seemed high to me, but may not be. Be ready for a nasal assault as you walk in as racks of pigs ears, "Jurassic" bones and other assorted offal chews greet you by the tills, didn't bother me but my wife has Superwoman nasal powers found it challenging! 😂

Absolutely wonderful shop and staff! As soon as you walk in someone is there to help with anything you need. The ladies give brilliant advise on what to give my puppy and Loki always walks out wagging with a little treat in his mouth. The prices are a little higher than other pet shops but knowing you are getting great quality products and service makes it 100% worth that little extra. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Puppy Loki gives 10/10.

Didn't visit yesterday, my visit was about two weeks ago and I couldn't fault it, Very helpful and will definitely be going back there again.
