DO
NOT
Hire
-
We
hired
2
Men
and
a
Truck
to
move
from
Chicago
to
Indianapolis.
We
paid
for
2
full
trucks
and
was
told
they
would
arrive
to
load
between
8:30AM
to
9:30AM.
They
did
not
arrive
until
just
before
noon.
Due
to
a
scheduling
error
they
only
had
one
driver
so
both
trucks
could
not
be
onsite
at
the
same
time.
They
had
to
leave
after
loading
the
first
truck
and
did
not
arrive
back
with
the
second
truck
until
after
4:30PM.
By
7:30PM
it
was
apparent
that
they
did
not
load
the
first
truck
fully
and
the
second
truck
was
now
out
of
space.
When
I
contacted
the
manager
on
duty
he
told
me
they
would
do
‘nothing
for
me’
that
night
and
they
would
come
back
tomorrow
to
pack
the
rest.
Or
the
other
option
was
to
just
leave
all
items
behind.
The
items
included
a
treadmill,
workout
bike,
and
table
valued
over
3k.
The
closing
of
our
home
was
scheduled
for
8AM
the
following
morning.
When
pressed
on
getting
this
resolved
the
manager
then
accused
me
and
my
wife
of
lying
and
adding
items
to
the
move.
He
said
it
had
nothing
to
do
with
the
movers
arriving
late
or
only
having
one
truck
on
site
at
a
time.
I
then
had
to
personally
move
these
items
to
my
neighbors
house
to
be
picked
up
the
following
morning
in
truck
number
1.
There
was
plenty
of
space
on
the
first
truck.
They
also
told
us
the
‘same
crew’
would
be
loading
and
unloading
the
trucks.
They
really
lived
up
to
their
company
name
as
they
literally
sent
2
men
to
unload
two
full
trucks.
When
I
called
back
I
was
mocked
for
not
knowing
that
their
definition
of
‘crew’
means
just
the
driver.
After
the
move
was
completed
I
filed
a
complaint
asking
for
money
off
given
how
poorly
the
experience
was.
They
acknowledged
we
did
not
add
any
items
but
also
refused
to
take
responsibility
for
their
scheduling
errors.
They
refunded
me
$200
on
a
$10,000
job.
This
barely
covered
the
hotel
room
I
had
to
book
given
the
extra
time
they
needed
to
load
the
trucks.
The
movers
themselves
couldn’t
have
been
better.
They
informed
me
their
management
consistently
overbooks
jobs
and
they
usually
do
not
have
the
appropriate
staff
to
handle
jobs.
