We enjoy our time here. Sharing with friends and taking time to have so much fun while we eat the best Italian food in town. Fatima was amazing and the service in general was great.

We ordered all the non meat options in the menu and it all tasted good. I did not find the desserts as tasty as I was expecting. The sevice was excellent though.

Great service , Jeff did an amazing job ! Pasta was nice and warm and salad was extra delicious , we devoured it !

They are honestly getting better and better. Olive Garden has done a great job in reinventing their brand. Had a awesome dinner with the favorite wife. Food was on point, management came around frequently to ensure quality and satisfaction. Our server Dylan B. was a joy, what a pleasant personality.

Going to Olive Garden Is our Italian comfort food place. I believe they are building a new location near Yorktown Mall which will be fun to visit when it's completed. This locale is showing it's where but still very clean and the staff is all very friendly. Our waiter was very attentive when we needed him and knew when to let us just sit and relax and take our time. Food was great! Came out piping hot and perfectly timed, after we finished our bread sticks and salad. Tables have the digital payment unit art each table which is really and fast. Thanks!

Our waitress was the kindest woman I've ever met. She was very sweet, and even got us a different dipping sauce after we realized the 3 cheese had tomato in it. Will be coming back, great fresh food and AMAZING service. Thank you!

I went to dinner with my daughter and granddaughter. We had a great time. Lexie the server was amazing! She took our order, brought drinks and breadsticks and we had refills before we could ask for them. Will be going back and will definitely ask for her.

The food was average very basic pasta and soup. The salad was starting to turn brown from the bag of precut lettuce they must use. I was disappointed that there was only one gnocchi in my gnocchi and spinach soup. They said the gnocchi wasn't ready, but instead of asking if I would like something else they served me my one gnocchi in the spinach soup.I wouldn't go back for the food as I was unimpressed especially with the soup. The service was fast but the waitress should have offered me a substitute for the soup. It's a really nice interior as it was just opened.

I can’t believe that I am saying this, but our dinner here was a reprieve from the abysmal dining experiences we’ve been having around the western suburbs. This Olive Garden had superb value, delicious pastas. Bottomless salad and breadsticks are the icing. We loved it. Being able to get on the waitlist from their app was also a huge plus as we knew the wait and planned our drive accordingly. Server was phenomenal.

5/1/22 went in to no host/ess. There was at least 2 employees that walked by and didn't bother to help or at say I'll/we'll be right with you. So it started in a bad note but once seated my waitress, Rachel, was amazing. She was patient, kind, funny and very helpful. Food was good nothing special. I'm really only giving this a 4 star rating for my waitress.

Normally I am very accepting that service is dynamic and you have to be tolerant, however today was unacceptable. I placed an order to go. I was to receive a text indicating that my order was ready. It never came. I waited for 25 minutes beyond expected time. I came into the store asking for assistance. No one was around for 5 minutes. Some eventually came and my order was sitting behind the counter the entire time. No apology or review of my order to assure it was correct. I received several items above what I ordered. Not too smart on your part. I share this with you because had someone simply apologized for the situation I would have been accepting and moved on because that's life. I too am in the customer service business and I need to tell you this was not OK. Please tell your team a simple apology goes a very long way.

On 11.29.23 Had a great time! Arrived after 9p when restaurant closes at 10p. Called in advance and the night manager (so sorry cannot remember your name sir...Justin or Gus) was very kind stated we could still come. Upon arrival greeted us with a smile and warm words of welcome, showed interest in asking how we spent our holidays. The restaurant was very clean, service was quick & our waitress I believe her name is Nicole was spot on in customer service. As soon as we sat down she welcomed us & have a courtesy that it would be a minute, a young lady who assisted her, immediately came over with another drink when observing my husband's glass was empty. The food was GREAT, Awesome portion sizes. Whomever the chef was, oh my gosh you rock! The atmosphere was calm & relaxing, we didn't feel rushed at all. I thank you all for allowing us to come in after 9p & still prepared a great meal with appetizers & all. Wait time for appetizers & food was not long at all. My husband enjoyed his birthday dinner & we very much felt "at home."

Fancy Italian American restaurant with many branches all across the US. Service is great, staff are very polite and friendly. With every meal this give bread sticks and salad/soup. Many alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. I liked the strawberry passion fruit lemonata, which does not have refills. Other drinks have refills. It is a little pricey, expect to pay $20-30 per person.

I went with my boyfriend on a weeknight and they sat us fairly quickly but then the server never came back to take our order. One of the serves that wasn’t even for our tables came and room our order and gave us iced teas to say sorry for the wait which was really nice. We both got cabonara dishes and they were delicious. Overall good experience.

This is a new wonderful location. This more modern look fits Olive Garden really nicely. The food was hot and tasty. And the service was friendly and attentive. Our server Jessica C. made our visit here very pleasant. And I am overall pleased with the entire experience. Will definitely visit this location again. Thanks again to Jessica!

From all the times we've been here, it's been a good experience...at the DG location. I wish the have reservations but they don't. Our party is normally aver 10 people. Food is good. Drinks are decent. Overall, we like it.

Food is always amazing here. Obviously sometimes it’ll be super crowded, so make sure you show up early. Other than that, we were always well received and the dishes never disappoint.

Food was good! I had the fettuccine alfredo as my meal. Ordered salad and the never-ending dipping sauce. So good! Also ordered 2 of the $5 fettuccine alfredo to go for the other people at my house. All they had to do was follow the directions on the take out and it was just as if they had dine in with me smelling so delicious!!

Wait was not long, but every thing else was bad, the bread sticks were good and the steak in my fettuccine alfredo was good. Everything else was bad. Table was not wiped of and still had food stuck to it . Males bathroom was wretched and smelled like piss. Server took forever. Took over an hour from sit down to get our food. Place needs a big update. I don't recommend coming here and want be back. Peru,IL is a million times better.

I'm not sure if it was just me but the lobby and a little but into the dining area as we weren't too far off from the lobby smelt like a dirty bathroom. As if they used the same mop in the bathroom on the lobby floors. Which thinking about it they probably do as it's right there. Eeek! Please stop if you do!!! It's noticeable. Server was great. They didn't honor the lunch special showed online at their location. I joked and said should I order to go and come sit down. It was $2 more, I wasn't gonna make too big of a fuss. Food was good. The smell is what my issue is. Makes you wonder how clean is everything else in there.

The food was great! My first time at this location so if you go, ask for Melissa! Hands down the best server I have ever had at any restaurant. She is amazing and i sure hope they know what a great person they have working for them. Will definitely be back!!

Food was fine but we were here for 3 hours on a Monday night. Service was unbelievably slow due ONLY to our waitress. Food came out very fast but she disappeared multiple times for so long that we had to go up and ask for her at the host stand. We waited 20 minutes for her to bring extra forks for our shared dessert. When she finally turned around from the table next to us to give our credit card receipt she ran off before we could tell her that we were missing a charge slip for $65 of the split bill. Again the manager and hostess couldn’t find her - we went to walk out and had to essentially BEG to pay.

"When you're at Olive Garden, you're family" (but of course you can't stay an unlimited time and you have to pay for food ☺️). Kidding aside... Good food, atmosphere and service.

Olive Garden is consistent. You know what you're getting and that's unlimited salad and breadsticks that are worth the trip. Kudos to the staff for solid service everytime we visit. We didn't take advantage of it this time, but they do have a nice deal on a take and go meal for $6 when you buy an entree for dine in. My son insisted on posting this photo of the rich Chocolate Lasagna dessert 🤌
