Women at the front desk who was out of uniform was rude last Friday . I’m not sure if she was yelling at a patient or staff either way very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. If I felt uncomfortable I’m sure others in the lobby felt the same way .

Was so excited to have a new job only to have the doctor not sign off on my paper cause I have a heart condition she wouldn't allow me to lift 50 pounds even when I told her I could. She said she needed to be approved By my doctor I told her I'm changing insurance and it won't kick in until 30 days. Thanks doctor cause of you back to looking for work. And the job did not require me to lift 50 pounds.oh and she was rude.

If you like giving your money away then I suggest you come to this location. They charge you $170 before they see you. I was seen to only be told I need to see a specialist after waiting for 2hours. The doctor saw me for 3mins and said she couldn’t help. I feel sorry for the future customers being seen. F____this place!

This place always lies about wait times as well claim they DONT TAKE APPTS . The website says they are suppose to take appts . This is my second time coming here and I will not be back . Terrible customer service!

My employer uses you for return to work physicals . I called to make sure my paperwork was received and was put on hold for 10minutes. When they came back to the phone I was put on hold again. They finally picked up the phone for the 3rd time, to be told the staff over physical would call me back..I NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL. I drove to the site with my paperwork, signed in and immediately the employee @ the desk said “ THE WAIT WILL BE 4 HOURS AND I RESPONDED ILL WAIT . I waited 2.5 hours to see the Doctor. The Doctor came in and handed me a clipboard and said” They WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU THIS. The paperwork consisted of my signature and DOB. She came in asked me about my medical condition we talked all of 3 minutes. Within less than 10 minutes I was back in my car heading home. I call my employer and told them of the previous issues I experienced before @ this location requesting not to be subjected to their horrible customer service again. The chairs in the waiting room are cloth and FILTHY., it’s horrible. I immediately asked to wait in my car.

Anna was the best person ever . She deserves to be a doctor. And every one in the concentra was very nice to me and my doctor was sweet to me and all the receptionist was very sweet also.

Friendly and helpful staff. My experience with Immediate Care Clinics have been hit or miss but this Concentra location was a hole in one! Every staff member was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable

When I came it started off a bit busy but everyone was so pleasant and nice. I forgot my nurse or nurse assistant that help me out but he was so awesome and just a positive vibe there. I would recommend this location to anyone or business. Thank you all for everything

I came in at 11:08am my information wasn’t entered into their system til 11:45 & after I inquired. They then put me in a room for 45 minutes while waiting for a room to see the Dr. I was then put in a room & waited for a Dr. For another 50 minutes. They were very rude & terse. I will never come here again. Bad customer service!!!!!!

I wasn't greeted as I entered the building. I stood in line for quite some time without any apologies for the long wait or thanking me for my patience. I understand things get backed up but communication is important. The medical assistant was very nice. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain the tests and procedures.

The girls at the front were speedy and nice. I went in at 7am, first person to arrive for a physical. They got me in and everything until it was time for the actual physical, I was the only one and had an exteded wait for the doc. Never got to see the Dr so I ended up leaving and going to a different location later that day that got me in and out in under 30 minutes, the physical was less than 5 minutes. I think that for a place that wasn't busy and had just opened for the day, a patient should be in and out. The staff were overall pleasant but the Dr. was not moving with a sense of purpose

Just terrible service. Employee Laura Z told me the wrong information. And when it turned out that this was not the case, she barely hid a smile and made fun of me. I have never met such arrogant behavior and unprofessionalism. They just don't care about the customers. Employees like Laura Z are a disgrace to the organization. It would be great if she was fired

From walking into the office until I left, the quality of care was 100% perfect. Every question was answered with a professional response. The smiles of the staff gave a sense of ease.

Had to set up online which was cool but I needed a rapid test which the website said rapid on a 5 panel test but once I got done the lady said it’s not rapid and I’ll get results in 5-7 days smh

The staff is ignorant and prejudice. I came here to take a drug screen @ 3pm. After 30 seconds of being in the bathroom, she is knocking on the door like the police. She almost made me piss myself and made me spill urine every where. This caused me to have to give a second sample and I COULD NOT LEAVE THE PREMISES UNTIL I DID SO. I had to wait in this place until 5:30pm when I was able to go again. Not only was this an inconvenience it really made me angry. I called back days later for my results, they refused to give me the results even if I came in with the same documentation provided to me by concentra days prior. How can you take a drug screen sample and not provide me with my results? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE? In all actuality these people have no significance, they are just middle men so why do they have such bad attitudes? Your job lacks relevance. Furthermore without people like me getting jobs and coming to be screened, you won’t have a job. ACT LIKE IT.

I believe her name was Maggie. She was both very professional, and very friendly. She sped me through the process. I was very happy with the service. Keep up the good work.

The staff was friendly, and helpful . The were prompt . I did not have to wait a long time . I also arrived 15 minutes early , paperwork started as soon as I got there . Thank You Staff .

2nd time patron and I must say I wasn't happy with how long it took to be seen. I came in the office with an eye injury and in obvious pain. I was there for almost 1 1/2 hours before I received care. The doctor indicated they were very busy however the lobby wasn't over flowing with ppl. Very different from the first time I went there several years ago. It wouldv'e been nice to have been shown more compassion for the pain I was in.

Had to do a few things for a job. Front desk staff was very nice. Mayra was the person who took my to do all the different steps I needed. She was fantastic. Friendly explained everything that was happening. Very refreshing.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I had to come in to get a screening done for work and they had me in and out in an efficient time frame. The doctor that performed my physical was also very knowledgeable. Should I have to get another screening done in the future, I will definitely be returning here!

Ana was very nice and courteous. Didn't feel rushed and was taken care of with great professionalism.

The workers dont really talk to you. They talk at you. They seem rushed. They're most likely overworked and understaffed. Other than that slight complaint. Everything went ok. I went for a pre employment physical, vision test, etc and it all went fine.

Courteous and very nice staff. Facilities were very clean and sanitized. Wait time was very short after checking in to getting service. One of the better Concentra Urgent Care centers in the area! Very Outstanding!!

I got to the facility pretty quick they took care of me quickly and the tech was really nice to me.

The employees are warm, welcoming, and very kind. They were incredibly helpful In expediting the required documents needed for my employer. The employees work efficiently and are very pleasant. I had an excellent experience.
