I love this place! Their breads, meats and veggies are far superior to other sandwich shops. And I love that they have a kids' meal. Plus, everyone that works there is always really friendly. It's definitely our go-to spot!

This is the best sub shop in town. I have been going to this location for almost 2 years and have been more than happy. The customer service was excellent When I had a problem it was quickly resolved and treated with kindness. Keep up the good work.

This has been a great dinner spot for us during busy sports season(year round). The staff is always fast and efficient. And I love that I don’t need to feed my kids deep fried nuggets and fries all the time! Thank you Willowbrook firehouse!

To go order, I picked up. Sandwiches all tasted funny and the bacon was soggy and not cooked correctly if you ask me. I have ate at several other firehouse locations and didn't come across this type experience. But because it was to go with limited time, there was nothing we could do about the 4 subs we bought and didn't like. Probably go back to other locations, not this one.

This establishment needs better workers. Came here multiple times and every time it takes 10+ minutes for food. Especially, it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make my sub after there was a Karen that demanded a refund for how long it was taking when I was ordering and caused a scene while I was trying to order. Lots of people frustrated in line about how long their orders were taking. Workers were being pretty stingy about to-go containers. There were about 20 other people in line / waiting in that small sub shop while I was eating with my friend, felt cramped. I really do like the Darien FDP painting but they’re doing a massive disservice to them taking this long making a simple sandwich you can walk out of subway in > 5 minutes with. Cant imagine what a local-firefighter would feel if he had to wait 30+ minutes.

2 stars. 4 star food but the guy behind the counter was something else. Apparently was his 2nd day at the register (?) He was short, thicker voice, dark hair, brown skin. There was an older woman who couldn't get some kind of coupon on her phone to work. Some kind of promo T-Mobile had going with Firehouse. In any event, she got frustrated bc she couldn't get it to work and asked for whatever order she had to be cancelled. She was very upset and even a little overbearing. She was older and understandably frustrated with her phone. She left the store and was very upset at T-Mobile and firehouse. What happened next is the reason I won't be coming back here. The guy I described above proceeded to then mock and ridicule the older woman after she left. He was so loud the remaining customers in the restaurant waiting for their order all started to look at each other in disbelief of how rude and obnoxious he was being. He stated he was going to help the woman but once she became upset he no longer was going to attempt to help her. Seriously though, how are you going to start mocking and being so disrespectful to your customers? Even if she was no longer in the store all the other customers were hearing him go off. That just left a terrible taste in my mouth. This was my first and likely my last time here. Food was good. Shame

Food is great but bad service. I called in and was put on hold for 10 min. I tried calling back but no calls were answered for over an hour after that so I gave up.

Staff is great! Subs were awesome! Dinner for 4 around $32 not bad

I over heard a worker telling his coworker, the goal working at Firehouse was to do the least amount of work possible and it shows. The soda had no carbonation, so I said that I’ll take an ice tea then. She told me they never made ice tea in the morning. So I just grabbed my water from my car. Then when I received my sandwich they used the wrong bread. The person I was eating with was complaining the soup was cold. Hope the owner reads this. Awful

Excellent customer service! Meatball and Tuna on wheat bread w jalapeños on the side are my all time favorite! I highly recommend this particular location to everyone that craves a sub! They have a lot to choose from. Cookies are fresh and soft. When in the area make sure to stop by!! Enjoy!

The sandwiches are good, but they are soooooo slowwww. My order was ready 21 minutes AFTER the quoted pick up time. Also their soup is never hot, just luke warm.

I got 2 subs delivered to me at work… 2 hairs in each of the subs, all looked the same. Whoever made these must have just gotten a haircut because that’s exactly how they looked short straight brown hairs…. I eat from Firehouse frequently but only from the Melrose Park Location, and this location doesn’t even taste the same. The melrose park location tastes way better (regardless of the hair). Someone from cooperate needs to inspect this location and check if the employees are giving each other haircuts in the back.

Tried to order through the app using a promotion but only my bag of chips went through. I asked the guy at the counter if I could cancel the chips when I arrived, he said no but to order through the app again. I had to buy another bag of chips to go with my sub for a T-Mobile promotion. Not happy that I had to order two bags of chips with my one sandwich but the sandwich was good.

Here's an idea: If you F up someone's order and make them sit there for like a half hr to get 1 sub...just simply apologize. It's that simple. Instead of ALSO being rude as hell when they ask about it. Being dismissive AND rude is not a stellar service model.

My god these subs were amazing!! My first time here and I know for a fact I will keep coming back! I did a pick-my-own veggie sub and you can literally taste the freshness and quality. The service was awesome also! There was a girl and guy who were awesome to us and super helpful! We went on Friday June 23 in the afternoon after lunch hours and to our surprise we were treated to what I believe was the best sub I’ve had so far! I will be back and i’ll bring my family! Thanks for the amazing sandwiches!

Food was okay, came out pretty quickly after we ordered, but that's probably because they knew some people were getting the free sub using the Tmobile app during that week.

I had never tried firehouse subs before but had received a coupon for a free sub. I would highly reccomend it! I ordered the meatball sub and it was delicious. The customer service was also incredible! Will definitely be returning.

Skimpy on ingredients, tasted alright at best. Jersey Mikes has more flavor and Subway has more value. Nothing wrong at Firehouse, just better options elsewhere. Update- Gave them a second chance and found a 5 inch long piece of plastic wrap in my sandwich… which was just as skimpy as last time.

I would not even gift them 1 star. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Ordered 5 sandwich’s all made incorrectly. Bread was stale meat was old and turning colors. Soup tasted like they poured a bucket of salt into it and the people working their were untrained. Contacted the GM let him know I was a business owner in the neighborhood and gave him an opportunity to explain why his business was operating so poorly. Nothing of any value to be responded. Never again lost me and all my employees. I will also be sure to communicate issues with my loyal customers.

Best sub shop, in my opinion. I always get the virgina ham. Too good. My husband and I drive 20 minutes for this location, usually multiple times a month. It would be great if you could expand to more places in the Chicago suburbs.

I tried their Italian sub it was delicious. The customer service is great. They even call their regular customers by name.(i love that) last but not least THE SWEET TEA IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE! (goodbye macdonald sweet tea.) HELLO FIREHOUSE!
