Best B&Q in Bristol! The store is always clean, tidy and well laid out. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. It’s not very often that they don’t have an item in stock but if they don’t it’s normally available the next day. Nikki and Sadie are absolute superstars and make a huge difference to the running of the store and always have a smile on their faces!

The staff that dealt with us were brilliant. Helpful and cheerful, my Huby bought lots of tools to deal with our grown hedges, will go again to this branch

Just returned from having wood cut by Martin. Outstanding customer services. Helpful x patient as my husband is not well. Nothing to much trouble. So thankful that I received such great service from Martin on wood cutting . Missed his break and lots of customers waiting. Thank you for being so kind x helpful.

Probably the best of B&q stores it is a proper superstore and can take ages to walk up and down the aisle if you don't know where your needs are. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The timber cutting services are great too , sometimes it can be a wait if there's a queue but worth it if you have lots to cut 50p a cut after first 5 free ones

Checkouts have changed to mainly self serve and being filmed! Invasion upon my privacy and rights without my consent or request! 2 staff were present at distance training customers how to use equipment like performing zoo animals! Not impressed at all and far better to offer the personal service of serving your customers, than automated, guided performing on videoed without regard!

Not bad. Its a large store, but it could do with a few more roaming staff working on weekdays though, considering that some of the power tools are stacked up on shelves out of the way of the "Tea leafs".

This store has revamped itself recently and the change is impressive. Goods are better presented and customers are given more space. Check out seems to flow better.

Tom, Michelle, Zina, (and another) on customer service at Longwell Green were really helpful and helped me out by calling me back when I needed loft insulation products. Impressed. Thank you!

We went in store yesterday to purchase some tools for our son. A lovely Young man called Reuben helped us until we had everything we needed. Amazing customer service 10/10.

Always easy to park and they mostly have what I need for diy. If you can’t find something, the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help. If you have a trade card you can use it in the normal tills as well as in the trade centre.

It's a B&Q. Has almost everything except one of the items you need to perfect your DIY masterpiece, leaving you hunting around everywhere else for said item until settling on something that kind of does the job. The paint mixing section is good though!

Went to get some paint, unfortunately due to the bad lighting, couldn't colour match , so didn't buy any paint, I understand that you are trying to save on your energy cost by only having a few lights on, but where you need good lighting to view and see how the colours work with each other is important. I'm a picture framer and work with colour all day, and I could not work in that light level !
