Different rates for same room. He is charging different money from residents of same room. Do verify before taking his PG. Also he won't give back advance. Costliest and least value for money pg in Surat. If you can do some research so that you can get better pg at same price.

There is absolutely no hygiene. They do not change bed sheets, their servants sleep on the bed, they smoke, they eat non veg and don't even clean. There are cockroaches and rats in the kitchen. And on top of that they make you feel that they are doing a favour to you even after you have paid in advance to them.

they dont know management , breakfast is same every week.owner only care about money.useless pg i gave seen in 6 months asking money for unnecessary ac bill for one month is 6000 rs per person in 3 sharing n dont show the bill( where were u when i was going from ur pg didnt u know that i am to be leaving why didnt u came or sent someone)

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST DO NOT GO HERE. So first there are too many insects that get in and nothing happens. The staff are not nice to you and do not treat you well. The staff go in your room without asking and even if your room is booked the manager will still show your room to others. So once I was sleeping and the manger wanted to show my room I had locked my door so the guy literally broke my lock and said you won't get your lock back people. Too many issues with this place I would recommend you not to go and find a better place I have added the picture of insects In my room. Thanks . Also you will not get your deposit back.

Pathetic people. They cheat you. Do not refund your security deposit. I can prove this. Reach out to me if anyone wants

If you are a vegetarian and don't drink and don't come home late at night, this place is good. There might be some surprise visits at night by the PG owner, as he is offering you accommodation in a society. The owner is friendly.

A comfortable stay with all facilities. Rooms cleaned daily and society was in a good area with all nearby accessibility. Food was served hot and variety available. Owner was very coordial.
