I stopped coming here close to a year ago but decided to give them a try again recently. Well, nothing has changed. Still poor service… no seasoning on fries and always forgets something in my bag. Ordered a meal that came with a drink. I was so focused on checking the food because there was a mixup with just 1 meal and a salad… that I never got my drink and didn’t realize it til I got home. So, I won’t be returning. Shouldn’t be this difficult when there are only 5 things on the menu. Don’t even get me started on the up charge for a sauce when you get something that clearly needs sauce.

Zaxby’s always have delicious food. This establishment is just like any other Zaxby’s in that respect. But the customer service here is HORRIBLE. They need some different workers. They don’t know a thing about QUALITY CONTROL. I used my app to order food yesterday 7/10/23, when I arrived the bag was sealed. I checked to make sure that the order was correct. They had forgotten the Zax Sauce. I told one of the workers that the sauce was missing. Instead of just giving me a sauce, she proceeded to tell me how it could be “hiding” behind the container of food. So I had to take EVERYTHING out of the bag to show this young lady that the sauce was INDEED NOT HIDING in the bag. Today 7/11/23, my daughter Door Dashed an order from this same place, as she is a driving school student and we will not allow her to walk down to the restaurant. There are no sidewalks for her to travel. Her order was TOTALLY wrong. She called and the person she spoke with told her she could bring the food back. My daughter told her that she was not allowed to walk back down there and the worker told my child that there were other driving school students there. Really? How about GET THE ORDER CORRECT before you seal up the bag for the Dasher. How about NOT tell my child to WALK on an unsafe road to return the order that YOU MESSED UP. I do want to give a shout out to Candice. She was very accommodating to me when I went back to take my child’s order for a replacement. Thank you Candice. Get it together Zaxby’s!!!

Love Zaxbys but run from this location! I actually can't stand this location. Whoever does the hiring needs fired themselves. Find some compassion for customers service again!!!

One of the worst meals I've ever purchased from this place. I ordered the Wings and Things meal the chicken wings were cold and old. I also received a wing tip as one of my wings(Yicky) .The chicken tenders were not even a full order.Only three and a half. Dry and crunchy. The french fries were warm but really salty. And the Texas toast was not toasted on both sides of the bread and very little butter. For the price I paid the meal was not worth it. I will not visit this location again.

I ordered a Zensation salad about 20 minutes ago. I just got home which is 15 minutes away and there's absolutely no meat on my salad. I called and the female employee won't confirm if there's leadership there. Tells me the general manager will be there Wednesday. This is unacceptable!! Won't be returning!!

Maya the manager and her crew are a class act. We stopped after soccer practice to grab some dinner. One of the meals was missing from the receipt. There was a little bit of a technical challenge via the speaker while we were ordering. They asked us to pull up and wait (that’s when I saw the receipt) but I ended up going in. They made it right and, more importantly than the food, Maya and her team were really professional and so sweet. It’s easy to do a job when everything goes right but it’s a test when it doesn’t and these guys passed with flying colors. What a breath of fresh air for this Gen X’r, lol!! Keep it up, Team, you’re doing great. God bless.

This is the sorriest Zaxby’s location in the state of Georgia. Every time no matter when I go. Order is slop. And portions of fries or pickles are old or burnt. Get home with a sauce sandwich and lucky to get 5 slices of pickles. Trash location.

This has to be the rudest and worst Zaxby’s across paulding county. Aside from not being able to put a single grain of salt on their fries, I’ve had bad experiences here on multiple occasions. I’ve had the people in the drive thru be rude and act like they didn’t want to be at work. I’ve asked for extra seasoning and been charged for it when it’s supposed to come on the fries yet they forget to all the time. I’ve also asked for extra seasoning before and they’ve put extra sauces in the bag. Now time for the worst story. I have gotten food from here and when I opened it, had a bug crawl right out of the fries. To say the least, I’m done with this Zaxby’s it’s disgusting and they need to relearn how to handle customers because the customer service star would be a zero if it could be.

Restaurant supposedly out of Ketchup. Staff was not apologetic at all. Just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. I drove by two other Zaxbys to order from this one so the food would be hot when I got home. My mistake, never again. It's a shame since this Zaxbys is busier than the other ones in our area. Owner needs to retrain staff and management.

I somehow knew more about the menu than the worker running the cash register did… didn’t even know what wimpy sauce was and our entire order was wrong and stale. She didn’t give correct change back. The entire experience was just weird.
