Undoubtedly the shop have one of the best collections as compared to any other near by but the the lakme section isn't upto the mark. Today I bought a lakme eyeliner and at the shop the tester showed a pointed tip. After returning to home I opened the product that I bought it clearly had a defected brush tip. So I went back to the shop and asked to show tester again and then showed my product. The seller at the lakme counter saw the product and tried to sell it by replacing the brush of tester with the product I bought. It was quite shocking to see such a behaviour and from a lakme expert seller. Fortunately the owner of the shop agreed to refund for it but from now I will hesitate in buying any lakme product from the shop again.

Do not purchase jewellery from this store. Bought a necklace of 4000rs. I can't believe that it gave me an allergic reaction and left with black marks. When I asked the owner about it, he simply said because your skin is sensitive. I am 28 year old and this happened for the first time.(which shows that for one fine day my skin turn sensitive and for rest of 28 years my skin was not sensitive....) That shows their unprofessional, unethical business minded attitude towards customer. Trust me they are not professional, do not sell authentic products. I refrain myself to post this comment but one year has been passed and that black mark is still there 😢.
