I visited this hospital to see my mother in law who was being treated. I am from the United Kingdom and was very impressed with the level of care and facilities provided by this hospital in comparison to private hospitals back home. The building is state of the art and staff are extremely polite, approachable and courteous. The services provided are excellent and efficient.

I will not stop telling people about the truth of the place. Worst experience. Staff is under trained and very unprofessional. No knowledge of how to handle a patient. Because of their mistake , my mother had really hard time. We couldn’t even spend 24 hours at that facility and we took early discharge and moved all the treatment procedures to another hospital. They even had no regards or sorry for their staff actions. Sadly it’s the very first time , I have written a negative review to anyone. But I don’t regret a bit and hope they acknowledge.

They wasted the whole 22 hours of ours and charged ridiculous amount of money whereas not even a single percent of improvement was seen in my mother’s condition. And I had left with no choice but to move her to another hospital. The doctors without even knowing the proper history at another established hospital was able to atleast show 15-20% improvement in less than 3 hour. So tell me why we had to waste so much time there. Let me tell you, so they can keep us there for more n more and bill keeps adding. The more I am thinking of their agenda , the more I feel sad of how they treat their patients. It’s a business to them not passion to cure patients. Sad but true.

I wish there was a minus rating . Staff is the worst . At the emergency gate , the guard took a lot of time to just get stretcher for the patient . (What the hell is the meaning of emergency) then in emergency room , doctor came and she was standing there and talking on phone (chit chatting in emergency room when you have a patient in front of you ) . The staff in ICU is so under trained . The senior doctor under whom we had treatment is good . But what is the use if staff cannot carry out the instructions well . It is like keeping you family member and letting them get worst .I do not recommend this hospital at all . Don’t go just on the basis of senior doctors name because staff is very poorly trained . Basic lab reports take a lot of time . subha ki report sham m aati h phr ICU m doctor , senior doctor se puchkr instruction aapni mrzi se 1-2 hours baad shuru krte h . ICU / EMERGENCY ka meaning critical care ka hi ni pta h staff ko . Aase m achi new building ka kya krna jb patient ki care hi sahi se ni honi toh .

No doubt they have ultra advance equipment and facilities but their services are just like an immature child. I know the staff is new but they have no idea what to do and how to do the things. I am waiting for my diagnosis since more than two hours. Earlier they made a spelling mistake in the patient name. Yes it is a human error but they took more than 30 minutes to correct it and they played an office office with me too. One receptionist sent me to another and the other one sent me back to previous one. There is no logic to world class infrastructure if you have such illiterate people in staff. The Doctor I met with is a real gem. She is very polite and helping.

Nice hospital and coorperative staff. Help in every manner. Hospital clean and staff is putting everything to make paitent happy. Dr. Parsoon is very dedicated and expert. He came to my father at 11 in the night. He avoided surgery and provide the correct treatment.

I appreciate excellent services by Doctors and service staff with polite and respectful behavior. ESPECIALLY I was impressed with Dr Parsoon, Orthopedician. He was out of station for 2 days and came back at 11:00 in night to see my brother. He told there is no need for operation and patient can be discharged tomorrow. This shows his dedication and commited services without any greed by the hospital.

My Older brother was having a stroke on 25th sept last month in evening, i was thinking that i am gonna lost him by looking his condition. But thanks to Sarvesh Hospital, who look after him. i was surprised how good doctors was at there, even in night Cardiologist came in few minutes and take over on everything. Thanks to Sarvesh for giving my brother a new life. After 7 days of treatment, bro is like having a normal life again with minimum of medication. good doctors, efficient staff.

It is way too expensive for middle class people. They have charged extra money for Monitors, BiPAP machine, doctor fee, despite paying the charges for CCU as they didn't have their rooms ready so they kept my grandmother in the CCU for 4 days and charged accordingly for that. The charges were very high which included only the bed as rest other things were charged extra after being the very first patient in the hospital they did like this.

Worst place ever. No management at all. No diet for patients. Staff has no knowledge. Mia guiding and Mis diagnoses. I wish I could give no star at all

Sarvesh hospital is way better from other hospitals in multi-speciality....they have every facilities ,their staffs are so polite even the doctors are so polite..... They gotta lot of facilities, best doctors and staffs... I really loved it...

Very good Multispeciality hospital. Each department has its own OPD, ICU, Operation Theater, IPD and more importantly they are having latest equipment and technology. One more suggestion for hospital is that please arrange biopsy analysis with in city because we have to wait for atleast one week for reports of any type of malignancy. It will be beneficial for all cancer patients.

The facilities and atmosphere of this hospital is very good. The treatment of my father in law has been gone for many years and the treatment is really very good.The treatment of Dr. Vijay ghodela is very good and behaviour is also very nice, cooperative regarding patients.The staff is also very cooperative. The hospital environment is also very neat and clean.. I hope it always stay like this. This hospital should progress further like this.

Once my sister named Aarti had problem in her eyes, I advised her in CFS, the eye department of Sarvesh hospital, because according to the doctor number, Agrawal is a very good doctor, but the CFS people did not consult the doctor Namrata, instead of consulting some other doctor. Facing more problems that instead of getting relief from my sister's eyes, the problem got worse, then I interfered and went to see doctor Namrata Agrawal. Namrata Agrawal did the operation on her eyes and after that she is completely healthy but now doctor Namarta Agrawal left CFS Sarvesh Hospital, there is no good doctor for any eye now. It is bad for Both Hospital and patients.

We had excellent experience of Sarvesh hospital. My mother in law got bypass surgery from Dr Kapil manocha. We are fully satisfied with the treatment and care and my mother in law is fine now. I strongly recommend
