Quality of the care process..........Nurses and dr communication is very good......the hospital staff is very adorable.......empathy and systematic care is given which is very important for a patient.....dr team is very good ....its my personal experience....

I have admitted my brother for jaundice treatment, this hospital has horrible service no nurse and staff is taking care of the patient.. they are not following up the schedule prescribed by the doctor, un trained staff don't know how to put drip. They need to improve the service to be in competition I'm discharging my brother due to negligence of the staff. Hope the doctor will take it seriously and improve the service.
