This is the first time I have ever got a great experience from this store. It was delivered on time and the driver was friendly and brought plenty of condiments. This is how customer service is supposed to be and he should be teaching other employees how it's supposed to be done. Well done Pizza Hut in West Memphis. The product has always been great. Happy snack point used to be my favourite, whenever i visit Hisar i always used to come here for there paneer sandwich and chaap. But my experience is getting worse on every visit now. 1st thing they are becoming arrogant because of there high sales and economy of scales of the business. 2nd they don't have quality standards, sometime they give uncooked chaap or sometimes there mojito smell bad because of extra syrup. 3rd i tried to pack my meals sometime as i want eat them in my hotel room, they started very less quantity in packing which is cheating. (Pictures attached of there half malai chaap which is of 100rupees) 4th sometime uncle ji (old man on the counter behave rudely without understanding what customer is asking for) 5th due to 4-5 continue bad experience i have decided that I will never ever visit them. Located in sector 13 market in hisar haryana near dabra chowk they have seperate counters for non veg and other separate for vegetarian. Good snacks available you can park your vehicles and they serve you in car too must visit very nominal pricing and good quantity.
