I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Wrong pictures were shown on the OYO app while booking even after mentioning as a Oyo townhouse on the app but neither experience nor infrastructure was nowhere near a townhouse. It definitely wasn't a townhouse. First was all, the staff was abusive when I called him the second time to turn on the TV which didn't even work during my whole stay, the door needed to be banged against the wall to lock, the dustbin was never emptied and I had to tell them to put it in my room, the sheets were never changed like it was my duty to tell them to do something and if I tell the manager to do something I was told that, "The staff is limited so I should tell them what I need in one go." I didn't know you need to check if everything is in the room as soon as you get into your hotel room. I needed to tell them multiple times to bring something (like towels or glass), the geyser wasn't working and they didn't repair it even after multiple complaints, the bathroom doorknob was also broken, the internet speed was hardly 1 MbPS. The quality of towels were pathetic and the hand wash wasn't refilled after the multiple requests. The bathroom was also too cramped to fit even one person. I didn't get a room change even after I complaint multiple times to the manager as well the Oyo customer care

I took a deluxe room from make my trip but the Rooms were below average. No proper curtains, plumbing works needs maintenance ( Water leaking) and no proper locks for rooms and bathroom. Restaurant cleanliness is pathetic. The guy who carries the baggage is not even interested in helping us to get the luggage to room. Cleaning staff’s behaviour is unacceptable.

My room had a heavy smoking odor,my taxi was late 15 minutes , but other than that the staff was nice

Must avoid hotel.First ever hotel doesn't have locks for both main door and the toilet. We have booked thru stepin holiday for four rooms for 2 noghts but they denied after reaching the hotel. After arguing they gave 2 rooms and waited 30 min and got remaining 2 rooms. Complementary break-fast is realy junk food. STAY AWAY !?

From my point of view the hotel is very good for the price the room is clean the washroom is also clean the food is very good from restaurants But Gaurd is very useless, he is just trying to change. thanks paragon hotel

I booked this hotel for my Mother who visited New Delhi for two days. I would want to inform everyone to avoid staying in this hotel at any cost. This Hotel was previously managed by a different owner and they sold this property a Month back.. Whatever ratings and reviews you see for this Hotel is mostly the experience of guests who stayed in this hotel before it was sold. coming to the experience faced by my mother - 1- The television cable connection is turned off due to non payment. 2- The Room of the Hotel cannot be locked properly and it will create safety concerns if any young lady travels alone. 3- The geyser switch is not easily accessible for turning it off. You need to call the room boy every time for small issues. 4- Breakfast was Included with the booking, however the receptionist in the Morning still billed for breakfast. 5- The receptionist asked to submit the keys to my Mother while she was going out for her personal work. The receptionist even asked my Mother where she was going and when she would come back.. This was the most ridiculous part of her experience. I would request you all to NOT visit this Hotel at any Cost. Please 🙏

Worst experience , service,staffs behaviour and room everything is worst. Food is average but they'll not provide food on time, everyday the menu will be same. Food orders will take more than 2 hrs. Not worthy. Even single star rating is waste.

Waste management and washrooms are horrible I have waited for 90 minutes for room keys, They don't have rooms available but they accepted booking After reaching hotel they asked me waiting for one hour and I see around 30-40 people are fighting for food in dinning hall Hall is very small and not recommended for couples at all

I booked this hotel in the last minute due to early morning flight in Delhi. The price was super affordable and the room was very clean. The hotel is clean and nice too. Harneet kaur was super sweet and assisted me with all the necessary details. She assured me that the hotel is safe. I spent only few hours here and it was a good stay.

I found this really cheap on MMT, and wasn't expecting much. However it turned out to be a great choice, nice clean rooms and washrooms.

it was terrible!!! Never come here. The first thing that happened was a deception, I booked a room for one night, at 2 a.m. after a long road I arrived at the hotel and at the reception they tell me that the price has changed and I have to give another 500 rupees. To my questions, why did the employees say that another person bought the hotel a month ago and allegedly we booked the hotel incorrectly and the price is now the same. Of course, this is a fraud and just extortion of money, I showed the booking confirmation that was sent to me by mail, but he refused to check us in. We quarreled for a long time and he began to say give 200 rupees and move in. There were no more forces and we gave up. When we came to the room we were very surprised it was very dirty, there was no hot water because the heater did not work, the towels were dirty. The overall impression is terrible, never even think about coming here.
