I m very disappointed with services and the treatment of Ganesh Hospital Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad. However it is among one of the old and well known hospitals of Ghaziabad still a sort of torture for the patient and his family members. My son (Arnav) was suffering from fever and some other disease. I reached there to admit him on 23rd August, 2017 for his treatment. Suddenly without listening my the actual problem and the previous situation one of them had started making the file as I told them that I want my son to get admit there. One of the stupid and untrained staff member gave him 5ml Ibugesic plus without knowing the actual problem and the previous treatment. Immediately after this they would take my son to a room and locked that room from inside even after 45 minutes when I forcefully enter that room as my kid was continuously crying so badly, I had found that after such a long span of time they were not able to place cannula to my son and I had found so many counters in his hands. Finally they had put it in his feet and they are doing same with other patient. The overall treatment and facilities are worst. Rooms and the hospital premises are extremely dirty. Assistant are just relaxing as if they were in there honeymoon period and the most important point is doctor visit which is just a joke. Also I had faced lots of other problems. Worst! Not Recommended to any one as hospital is for care and save life’s.

Hospital is famous for low cost Hemodialysis but it's substandard most of the time, visit only if you can't find better replacement. The first dialysis is where most money is scammed via procedures, tests and pharmacy items. Most of the tests are unnecessary but they still force you to do it for billing. Pharmacy is a money making tool for them and overpriced items are sold for fatter commissions instead of cheap generics and even after that absolute dumb pharmacist sit there. Once you hand them prescriptions they roam like clueless idiots and take too much time just to complete one prescription while others wait. The look on those clowns after reading the prescription is as if they are overwhelmed. 95 times out of 100 you won't get all the medicines they just won't be able to find all. No parking system, and the dialysis ward prefer to change the time of dialysis as per need to accommodate other clients instead of recommended time under machine for patient. Unless you want to waste your money and taken for a ride don't ever visit it. Lower Staff is good though, well behaved and hospital is clean. But even tiny supervisor behaves like MD and find ways to trick you or show authority. You can make it work if you know about the process.

I am unable to give rating in minus as the question is about the hospital then i would say hospital is very much dirty i would say govt hospital is very very much clean than ganesh hospitals. And doctors also dont have knowledge, canteen is also 3rd class. In simple words i would say if u are giving 1000 Rs then you have right to take the facility of Rs 1000. Finally not recommended

I usually don't write reviews but want to enlighten people about this hospital and its owner Dr. Archana Sharma. She is a money making machine and do not care about the patients. Worse hospital and worst doctor. She made my naturally conceived pregnancy a miserable one. She brainwashed me and my husband to believe that I was unfit to carry the pregnancy. She then unnecessarily put me on Heparin and hCG injections(for which she made 50K+ within a month) while all my test levels were normal. The injections made me sick physically and mentally. I was in so much physical pain, my adbomen was bleeding at all the injection sites and from all the physical and emotional trauma I slipped into depression. Thankfully, my family and friends intervened and I went to Gangaram hospital and it saved me and my little one. My God's grace I have a healthy child now.

Good Hospital with good services. It's a multispeciality hospital catering to most diseases. Hospital is old and experienced doctors are on job. In house diagnostic services are also available. Gynae and Dental department are best here. In house canteen and pharmacy is also available which opens for 24 hours.

Not recommended for serious illnesses.. Services are not good and management is also poor..But in emergency purposes it's good than other hospitals..

Nursing staff is very helpful .But service was worst mini cooler in room are dirty .guta spiting in lift bugs dacing in bed no pest control in private room. Hospital provide speaker in each private room but speaker wire are hang from there connection point in case emergency not can't go through with drill.

Not recommended. I alongwith father CGHS beneficiary I'd 4710774, visited the hospital on 13.05.2019. Appointment with cardiologist Dr. Manish Mittal, whose timing are 14.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs was taken. receipt no REC/19-20/0002862 dated 13.05.2019 at 13.43 hrs. Till 15.20 hrs no whereabouts of doctor. waiting for one hour and twenty minutes. Neither refund nor consultation. Being heart patient, my father felt uneasy. Unprofessional and unethical attitude.

Impolite harsh reuse staff specially the ones who pick up the phone on enquiry ...they don't entertain the queries for OPD patients at all and are very rude ..I would strongly recommend not to go to this hospital

Excellent staff and management. No one can complain about such a good hospital. The discipline and that friendly doctors make patients feel a home like environment.
