Visited and purchased at Hisar Caratlane showroom. Best part of that showroom was good and cooperative behavior of staff specially Priyanka. She was very polite and having all necessary knowledge of Jewelry. She is having guts to satisfy all queries of customer. My kids are also happy after having gifts.

I just love this place.. And what great sales team they are having... Especially Mansha Puri... She is super personable, knowledgeable, and remembers you every time you walk in... My experience at this store was stellar! From the inception I was treated with class. And That pleasantly wonderful girl Mansha was excellent and exercised the balance of great product knowledge with a keen sense of knowing my taste. I’m a happy camper and count it all joy to have experienced great customer service. My mom and I went in not knowing exactly what we were looking for but Mansha listened and observed what our likes and dislikes were and found the right piece for my mom. Good collection and service. Staff has excellent knowledge about their products and different type of diamonds. Priyanka helped us getting a product delivered which was not available in Hisar showroom. Overall a great experience with CaratLane Hisar Staff.

I’ve been shopping here at this store for almost 2-3 years now . Staff attitude is extremely professional . My requests have been taken care of every time . Repair issues have been tackled smoothly . Collection and range can be improved but they do get the designs if you request for it . I would recommend this place for everyone . Best experience so far . Specially Mr. Anil kumar ji and Mr. Hemant ji .
