The hospital has good infrastructure. But staff and its management is really poor. My father was admitted here in emergency. But they kept him admitted for 4 days with no tests. Full fee has been deposited from day 1. Staff comes with NO INFORMATION of surgery and leaves the patient unattended. They ask patient to do fasting and all of sudden postpone the surgery. They don't provide food on time. They have many tricks to increase your bill without even providing services. My fathet was just lying on a bed without any surgery although he was admitted in an emergency. Staff is so rude.

When asked medical practitioner about the update who are taking care they said they dnt know any thing only Dr have all the information but where Dr hasn't hv time to visit the dr because he is busy in OPD They are just looting the money from innocent people and nothing else Even Dr doesn't tell what is the progress Being here fr 3 days but they dnt hv know about their patient in ICU... When i asked the dr about progress of my mother nd complaint him ki she i s having same issue from past three days nd getting worse his wording was ki inhone mjhe btaya nahi even though khud bataya tha then he shouted mai jooth bol ra hu kya nd then i give him proof he was like aap le jao inhe khi or when he was not able to answer anything They are charging fr their 5 star hotel service

Dr Madhuri mehta is one of the worst doctors in this hospital. I lost my mother because of her negligence. She did not do proper checkup before throat operation. Her throat was swollen. We asked her repeatedly if there is something wrong. She denied and lastly we had to take her to Jaipur. There we got to know She had cancer and doctor's treatment aggravated her condition. She is negligent and a rude doctor. Please avoid her if going for treatment. Never trust her treatment. The hospital should take a note of this.

Hospital claims to be “A” class in patient care however reality is far away from any class. Hospital staff is too casual even for emergency handling. ICU is not better than a General ward with equipment. Happened to stay with close family member as an attendant in ICU, Yes.. U heard it right.. they need attendant along with patient in ICU. Staff deployed does paperwork, of-course medicating and lots of chitchat.. yes.. unlimited bullying and chitchat. Zero empathy, zero care and worst behaviour. Well.. continuing with night shift horror I saw on 2 continuous nights so far.. out of total 6 deputed staff at ICU, only 2 are available at any moment.. balance are getting rid of tiredness of the day not spent on duty (sleeping). Male staff deputed in other wards/ ICU prefers to spend time chitchatting with female staff in other wards. In case any patient needs help and attendant dared to disturb them then wrath is all yours.. slangs, criminal looks, disturbance is what you invited. CCTVs are installed but all this continues without any fear.. this indicates no responsible person involved in the process. Having a tough time.. willing to bring the same to notice of management but no feedback/complaint mechanism prevails. Hope someone from concerned management takes pain to read reviews and message reaches to right ears.

Worst Experience! Worst! Ever We went for Endoscopy of my mother Cbd stone under Dr Vivek Bansal. He told that he will do it and will send us back on the same day at just 16k cost. But it took 15 days and 6 times of the fees told earlier to get discharged from the hospital and issue was not even resolved but only the mistakes made by doctor during Endoscopy get corrected in around 1.5 months So It was worst experience at jindal hospital Hisar

Gastroentrologist Dr. Sunil Goel working in Jindal Hospital is rude and unprofessional. He doesn't know how to talk with patients. He doesn't listen to patients well and don't clear their doubts. Worst experience.

Worst experience ever , this hospital lacks accountability, it has no proper management, doctors lack professionalism, no care given to patients , and no empathy to patient. Only thing they are good at is to keep you waiting for many hours and still you will not get a chance to consult with the doctor. The staff of hospital is very bad especially the administrative of hospital Mahender Goel whenever we go to his cabin he was not available all the time they make different excuse. and under his staff is very rude and misbehave and in hospital one of relative is working in TPA department Ankur who always in swagger way and abusive towards the patient. Staff here is good overall, Doctors are sincere and experienced. But Dr Vijay Jaiswal is extremely rude. We went for the burn treatment of kid and the burns were average. They admitted the kid for 2 days and as it was not so severe but they still gave room in ICU , might be to provide air conditioning. Everything was going good but suddenly Dr Vijay Jaiswal came inside and started talking extremely rude because of having the kid accompanied by 2 people. His behaviour was extremely bad and insulting , without talking anything in normal voice right from the first time. According to some reviews he is a nice neuro surgeon but there is nothing like neuro surgery and good behaviour can't come together in same person. Management needs to teach him something about customer dealing, otherwise he can make experience of multiple patients worse at Jindal hospital, might not be neuro surgery patients but other patients who gets treatment under not so expert doctor. I hope management do read the reviews and tries to improve customer experience, otherwise there are other competitive hospitals ready to acquire your patients.

Worst experience ever had in a hospital. Staff is very careless, there doctor don't even come to check patients health. They are not even taking care of emergency ward's patient. They are only making bill and sending receipts. Only ordering lot and lot of test and making money. Even emergency patients are not taken care, patients are dying here.

Dr Madhuri Mehta is very renowned experience and skill doctor.her procedural skill, towards patient is exceptionally well.she is better both professionally n behaviourally. I stretched Madhuri maam attention for ward management particularly discharge procedure.she took ,usual to less time for patient OT (with accuracy)but in contrary their staff taken very long time more than three hour for all paper work that include only medicine n billing . My humble request to management kindly intervene ,ensure them time is precious(priceless) They provide feedback form around 10:00 am with false promising that discharge procedure will complete within 30 minutes after maam ward round but as I already mention they took more than 3 hours but still nothing seem promising.I suggest quality management please step forward n ensure all. Big name with zero sanitary facilities. One toilet 10 bed ,10 attendant ,2 staff , with no bathroom or wash basin , duty floor with bare footed patients and attendants. Third class facilities with #2 to 3 thousand per day charges.
