Dr. Kapil Singla is an extremely busy doctor, even doesn’t have time to listen to his patients. I went to him with my earache and he knew everything about my pain without even telling. He wrote a big prescription to make sure that my throat, ear, nose and eyes taken care of. When I interrupted him and started to explain my problem, he said first take these medications, if it doesn’t work then come back after 3 days. But my issue was atleast diagnose my problem, then prescribe me drugs. The best part is, he got maximum number of rural patients, who are innocent and some of them are illiterate too. They believe in doctors for what?………..To be cheated by such busy and money minded doctors? PROGRESSING INDIA 🇮🇳 In my opinion, he should mend his ways of treating his patients because not all are illiterate!

Staff is not co operative. Waste of money nd time....even they don't care of patient health,only matter money for their staff ,even no sense of talking with patients.

Expensive hospital, staff is under educated as they do spelling mistakes of patient names, so be careful if you want to go for insurance claims

This is not good dr. He is not giving more time to the patients to diagonose them properly he is just doing formality to earn more opd fee .As I had gone to him for my nose treatment he suggested me for the operation and he did my nose surgery but the surgery was not worked and still I have a huge problem in my nose .So it is suggested to all from mine side that you should avoid this doctor.

This is the best ever hospital I have seen in hisar in means of facilities, staff , services . They diagnose the disease very carefully and give the best advice and medications. The best part of this hospital is all the members are qualified enough to meet any ENT issues. Moreover, the hearing aid facility also make this hospital much better than others.

Dr. Singla and treatment is very satisfactory. Patient's are satisfy, even some patient was came from Rajsthan, due to yours name and treating system. On 13/09/19 i had visited their for Ear issue. I am satisfy with the pre inspection and initial test and full treatment. Medical shop service is quite satisfactory. One thing on highly request that, the behavior of local staff is very rude, unhealthier and impractical. For long run this such systems, either you have to update yours ground staff or peoples will figure it out more. It will be not healthier for new patient. All the best.

Overall- Dr. Singla's services are not at all satisfactory 1. hardly listens to any patient, average time spent on a patient is under a minute 2. Prescription is written in poor handwriting that is understandable to only the chemist sitting inside the hospital and not even to the chemist in nearby areas 3. Consultation fee is Rs. 200 for every visit, even if the doctor prescribes you to consult after 2-3 days 4.Hospital staff and administration is ill-mannered and does not have basic communication etiquette
