I
recently
had
the
unfortunate
experience
of
delivering
my
baby
boy
at
Churamani
Hospital
on
24th
June
2023,
and
I
must
say
that
I
am
thoroughly
disappointed
with
the
service
provided,
particularly
by
the
billing
department.
The
behavior
and
attitude
of
Mr.
Suresh
and
Mr.
Ramesh
were
highly
unprofessional,
as
they
seemed
to
lack
basic
competence
and
spoke
in
a
manner
that
was
reminiscent
of
illiterate
individuals.
It
felt
as
though
they
were
living
in
a
parallel
universe,
completely
detached
from
modern
practices.
Moreover,
their
inability
to
provide
soft
copies
of
bills
over
email
was
utterly
frustrating.
Despite
being
assured
by
Doctor
Nidhi
that
the
hospital
would
assist
me
with
all
billing
matters,
I
chose
this
hospital
despite
knowing
that
it
was
not
on
any
insurance
panel
list,
necessitating
reimbursement.
I
made
this
decision
solely
because
my
wife
was
comfortable
with
Dr.
Nidhi,
who
is
truly
exceptional
in
her
field.
However,
my
experience
with
the
billing
department
has
been
nothing
short
of
a
nightmare.
Not
only
did
the
hospital
exhibit
a
deplorable
attitude
and
inflexibility
when
it
came
to
providing
copies
of
bills,
but
the
infrastructure
itself
was
also
poor.
The
nursing
staff
seemed
to
lack
knowledge
of
modern
medical
terminologies
and
appeared
apprehensive
about
reaching
out
to
doctors
when
needed.
Additionally,
the
pediatrician
assigned
to
my
baby
did
not
bother
to
visit
even
once
to
check
on
his
health,
instead
sending
an
assistant
for
vaccinations.
What's
worse,
they
charged
exorbitant
fees
for
this
visit.
I
fail
to
comprehend
the
rationale
behind
paying
for
a
doctor's
services
if
their
assistant
ends
up
providing
the
care.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
doctor
justified
their
absence
by
citing
it
was
a
Sunday,
as
if
that's
an
acceptable
excuse.
In
light
of
this
entire
experience,
I
strongly
advise
against
choosing
Churamani
Hospital
for
anyone
seeking
medical
care.
Their
outdated
systems,
lackluster
infrastructure,
and
unprofessional
staff
make
for
an
incredibly
unpleasant
and
unsatisfactory
experience.
I
regret
my
decision
to
opt
for
this
hospital
and
would
strongly
recommend
considering
other,
more
reputable
options
in
the
city
that
offer
cashless
settlements
through
insurance.
Dr.
Nidhi
alone
cannot
make
up
for
the
overall
subpar
service
provided
by
Churamani
Hospital.
Lastly,
I
would
like
to
emphasize
that
if
any
senior
member
of
the
management
or
the
owner
happens
to
read
this
review,
I
urge
you
to
take
immediate
remedial
action.
The
issues
I
have
highlighted
reflect
a
deep-seated
problem
within
the
hospital's
operations
and
customer
service.
It
is
essential
to
address
these
concerns
promptly
to
ensure
that
other
patients
and
their
families
do
not
have
to
endure
the
same
distressing
experience.
Please
prioritize
improving
the
behavior
and
competence
of
the
billing
department,
upgrading
the
hospital's
infrastructure,
and
ensuring
that
doctors
fulfill
their
responsibilities
to
patients
and
their
newborns.
Your
swift
action
will
not
only
help
regain
the
trust
of
dissatisfied
customers
but
also
enhance
the
overall
reputation
of
Churamani
Hospital.
