😠 Unfortunately this is no longer a food court. The place has been converted into a very loud and happening night club hub. Sadly the pandemic has not only taken lives but also the livelihood of the poor vendors here. People often mention great, clean, good, street, market, stalls, Vietnamese, prices, options, variety,

I wouldn’t rate this place high: this food court is more touristy than authentic. Prices are not that cheap; food quality and taste are not the best. Taking into account self-service and plastic plates/cutlery I wouldn’t recommend it. The only 2 reasons you would maybe go there are: - you’ve never been to the food courts before and want to check what that is - you’re a big group of people who can’t agree on the type of food to eat: this place offers you a variety of Asian cuisines. For the rest, better go to typical Vietnamese restaurant: you will enjoy it more.

I really enjoyed the experience. Very great street food market. A great selection of food. The prices are reasonable. The portions are manageable so you can try different dishes. All the staff were very friendly and the cleaners do a great job. Everything was very clean and tidy. Would recommend the market to others.

Great place to experience vietnamese street foods. Affordable prices. Place was clean. A bit busy when we visited. I hope it is normal since many tourists visit this place. But there were available tables. Loved the vibe and food. Recommended

Located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We stopped by to check it out. There are so many little kiosks selling mouth-watering, delicious varieties of mainly Asian food that it broke my resolve to skip dinner. There was live music. I don't know how often they have live music. The place was crowded with locals and tourists. They have Wi-Fi. Two nice ladies helped us with the passwords. There is someone cleaning up soon after a customer finishes eating, so a table is not that hard to come by. There are fans, so it is bearable. I went to wash my hands in a clean restroom that was surprisingly air-conditioned. It was very nice and cool. I saw a young man working on his hair for quite a while. I think he was just enjoying the cool temperature. The food did not disappoint. Drinks are available at a reasonable price.

As of late May 2023, almost all the stalls have vendors ranging from multiple Vietnamese options to Thai, Indian, and even Mexican. We came at midday on a Tuesday and there was plenty of seating both in the front and the back. We were able to sit in front of a huge fan while we ate! Prices are around 90k-150k for most plates, about 30k for a beer.

There are many national foods such as Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Indian, etc., delicious taste, relatively high prices. Good atmosphere with music playing. There are courteous staff who collect and clean the tables. There are seats in the front, back and sides. There is a restroom in the back. On weekends, there are quite a lot of tourists.

Bến Nghé Street Food Market stands out as a culinary gem in a strategic location, offering an impressive array of food choices that cater to both day and night cravings. The market’s long operation hours ensure that visitors can indulge in a diverse range of local delicacies at any time. The environment is clean, and the customer service is commendable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. While the food prices here are slightly above average, it’s understandable given the market’s focus on catering to tourists. Bến Nghé Street Food Market is a vibrant and convenient spot that’s well worth exploring.

Great food court! Definitely worth a lunch or a diner. Convenient, good choice of food and drinks. Decoration is nice. 3 main sections to sit down and eat on the spot. A good way to have a break after walking around for a while. Dishes are around 70 to 120k.

A lively place with great food options. There’s a good variety of stalls selling Seafood, BBQ, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, ice cream, smoothies, beer and soft drinks. You shouldn’t have any trouble finding something to tempt your taste buds! We arrived early in the evening and it was fairly busy already but, had no problem finding a seat. There was some popular music playing when we arrived but a live band started playing at around 7.30pm. The fans providing a draft at the rear seating area were a bit fierce but we managed to keep our food on the table. Prices were reasonable and the food was good. There were ‘Reserved’ signs on a few tables when we moved to the front seating area. I’m not sure who you speak to to get one reserved but, there are people coming and going all of the time so I don’t think it’s entirely necessary.

A nice place with around 12 small restaurants of different cuisines. Indian, Vietnamese, Mexican and also a Thai box is available. Beer and cocktails are also available. the prices are okay for the food. The beer is quite cheap, Saigon Green for example only 20K. The Thai food was okay, although not true Thai art 😉

Very recommended place to find something to eat. There are many kind of food with great vietnamese taste. Price is on an average, not too expensive. Also they have polite security to help you call Grab or Taxis near of Ben Nghe. Such a wonderful street food ! All you need to reach Ben Nghe is using Buses from Airport or Taxi or Etc. It takes about only 15 minutes far.

A great place to get different types of food. All that I had was very tasty. They had Thai, American, local, Mexican you name it they had it. It’s a pretty short wait for most things there. However it is a bit more on the pricey side but to be honest it’s what I expected. They even had live music there which was a really lovely touch. The only downside is that people from each restaurant would try to get you to eat there and they were pretty persistent which was annoying as I felt like if I looked at a restaurant then I would be harassed into buying something. I found that the ones who didn’t do this were much better.

Perfect little place for a quick grub run. Many different food kiosks serving a variety of delicious food. Have tried a few places here now and it doesn't miss. Even the smoothies and fruit juices are great. Affordable outdoor location, safe from rain, usually just populated enough to where you can still get a seat. Nice and cool with fans blowing, great spot

I believe the reason why people are here, is just because of the vibe and atmosphere. It feels like so-vietnamese food heaven (it also has international food, beers, and juice drinks) Yes the place is clean and reachable in the town, but the food prices are a bit high compared to the ones nearby in the city or mall food court. Paying a visit to have a chill for a while is a good thing to enjoy HCM. 😍

Amazing place!!! So much food variety, it's possible to get simply everything you might want it even dreamed of. Very colorful, a lot of people and life around. Quite well organized for the street food market, tables a getting cleaned very fast and service team even giving you a napkins if you forgot. I was really surprised. Definitely must visit place in Ho Chi Min 👍

Insider tip: get a few things from different places, but make sure you get the pork ribs because it's to die for!!!

This is such a nice place to grab a meal in Saigon. It is central and you can find pretty much anything you’d like, including Greek, Hong Kong, Thai and of course Vietnamese dishes and a great variety of fruit juices and ice creams. They have great toilets (air conditioned!) and great tables where you can have your meals. Also it is quite clean - as soon as you finish eating someone comes clean the table.

Uhmmm…this place is mainly for tourists. You can’t even find locals eating here because price is extremely overpriced. The quality from local food stalls are better than here. Even the plastic cutleries they are using are of low quality. You’d better go to the malls and find more comfortable seats and service at the same price.

A very good choice if you live in the neighborhood and don't fancy the classy restaurants or real street food. There is a choice of food from approximately 20 vendors from which you can buy foods from any ethnic background including local Vietnamese cuisine. Alcoholic beverages are cheap (around 20~30K beer) and food is kind of restaurant priced (around 100K for a chicken plate). The atmosphere is very cozy and lively as this place is usually packed with mostly party enthusiasts than food lovers. You will find mostly foreigners but locals go there as well.

Hard to rate this place properly as its success depends on its vendors and they are very hit and miss. Some places are 5 star, some don't deserve 1 star. The place itself had a good live band when I went there and it has plenty of seating and it was clean. Overall, the food is expensive and inconsistent and clearly aimed at tourists. My advice... Google Vietnamese sreet food dishes and search for individual places. Only come here if time is a major factor.

Disappointing n Sucks really compared to what your likely hoping for . Some shops closed (like indian )early when u want them to b open. Few not enough Foreign food like Thai food. Thai food not like real Thai food n far more expensive for nothing ..alcohol n cocktails is a plus but they use that Hanoi vodka stuff that'll make u regret it in the morning.

A large variety of delicious food, and catered especially to tourists. There's something here for everyone – Vietnamese food with a modern spin is also available. The prices can also be higher given the location, but not exorbitant. Worth a visit if you're new to the city.

Really good place to eat with a lot of tables. There are vietnamese local food but you can also find international food ( Indian , greek, Korean .. ) The price are way higher than usual cause it’s kinda touristic but there are plenty of stand and choice. You can still eat at 10pm but then it closes one by one.

Great place to pause and grab food. No food or drinks from outside. A variety of food to try! Decent pricing as well. There’s also many cleaners around to ensure it’s clean. We got a Banh mi - which was alright. Stir fry razor clams - really flavourful Coconut ice cream - very delicious, perfect for the hot weather! Definitely recommend.

While the location attracts many tourists, the prices remain fair. For example, the bottle of green Saigon beer is around 20k, whereas the can is priced at 30k. Trying dishes from three different spots left us satisfied. I especially recommend the grilled skewered ostrich at Sai Gon Grill, situated on the right at the end of the street food area before the stairs to the second floor.

    {"0":"Many stall and options here like a food court with communal long tables.\n\nWe tried several stalls and the food is just OK. It is also more expensive. The taste did not provide the much needed satisfaction after the long walk in the surrounding area.\n\nNo service provided as its pretty much self service. Order and pay at the respective stall and you are given a buzzer that will beep when the food is ready, prompting you to collect the food at the stall.\n\nThere is no AC here, but there are fans and it was quite windy when we visited.","2":["0","153"]}

    {"0":"On our last night in Ho Chi Minh City, we decided to go here for dinner as we were keen to try different dishes from local market suppliers. We found this to be a great operation as you can order from multiple stalls, and you are given a 'beeper' to let you know when your food is ready.\n\nMy partner and I ate dishes from multiple stalls and found everything to be absolutely delicious! The quality of the food was very good and the range of food available was very diverse. My favourite was the Wild Boar and Roasted Pork Banh Mi.\n\nI do agree with other reviews that the prices are more expensive than normal food stalls you find elsewhere. However, you are paying extra for the convenience of all the stalls being under one roof where there are 2 large seating areas that are continually kept clean.\n\nThis was our favourite evening of food in our 6 night stay in Ho Chi Minh City, so if you fancy having a great night of trying different Vietnamese food, make sure you go here!","2":["0","237"]}

Visited yesterday evening. Grab driver drop us opp street and it was peak hour. We were stuck unable to cross over road. To our surprise one of the security guard actually walked over and fetch us to the food court. Thank you for the kindness. We came around 5pm there were plenty of seats and its not too warm. Lots of selections which is good for tourist who are here for short duration. We came to enjoy the vibes so ordered a few items to try.

There are a lot of different stalls with different foods here. Also perfect to chill, eat, and get out of rain if you are here in rainy season. They have WiFi, free bathrooms, and some of the stalls take both cash and card. Anytime I ate here I always got good food, fast service, and cheap food. It's seriously perfect. I see a lot of locals eating here as well as tourist so it's a mix bag for sure. You will absolutely find anything you could be looking for.

Ben Nghe Street Food Market is an absolute gem in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. This vibrant food court offers an incredible array of delectable cuisines, ranging from traditional Vietnamese specialties (like those from Hue and Hanoi) to international flavors like Greek, Mexican, vegan, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Chinese. The atmosphere is lively and buzzing, especially on weekend nights when live bands perform. The venue is remarkably clean and well-maintained, with staff promptly clearing tables and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. What truly stands out is the sheer variety of mouthwatering dishes and beverages available at reasonable prices. From succulent pork ribs (an absolute must-try!) to refreshing fruit juices and ice creams, there's something to satisfy every craving. The portions are perfect for sampling multiple delicacies. Ben Nghe Street Food Market is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions like Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Central Post Office, and Ho Chi Minh Book Street. It's also easily accessible by e-hailing services or taxis. Whether you're a tourist seeking an authentic local experience or a resident looking for a delightful culinary adventure, Ben Nghe Street Food Market is an absolute must-visit destination in Saigon. Highly recommended for its exceptional food, vibrant atmosphere, and impeccable cleanliness.

Perfect for choice, so many options. It's not actually Street food, it's more like a food court. But it's the perfect venue. Lunch or dinner there are around a hundred options. And extremely clean.

Market has many stalls with an amazing variety of food. You can sample local food and well as regional varieties and vegetarian options. A lot of grilling options as well as international food for the less adventurous. Clean bathrooms, with funny urinals. Wide variety of prices depending on what you want. Great places to recharge.

Street food market aimed at Western and international tourists. You can come here and try lots of different street foods in an easy and less stressful way. The prices are all displayed and there are pictures of the foods. It’s mostly Vietnamese food but there is lots of food from other countries too. I came here in about 2018 when it was in its old location. That was the first time I tried Korean Fried Chicken. It was great! I’m back here today and I’ve just ordered Korean Fried Chicken again. I hope it’s as good as I remember.

This place is amazing! I absolutely loved the food and drinks that I tried here. I’m sure you will find something that suits your palate and at a reasonable price. There are tons of options, so it might take some time to choose. It is located close to the main tourist attractions, so I highly recommend eating here if you want to taste authentic local cuisine. I also noticed a couple of stands offering Indian food. In addition, there are stalls that provide options for vegetarians and vegans. If you have a chance, try to eat here at least twice. It’s a great place for everyone – solo travellers, couples or families. The employees keep the tables clean at all times, and I’ve seen security guards helping tourist cross the street.

Ben Nghe street food. A fantastic hub to try out a variety of different dishes from 20+ food stalls. We arrived in pouring rain, the security guy came across the road with an umbrella which is a nice service they provided, otherwise we would have been absolutely drenched. Plenty of food stalls at great prices, lots of seating, and the staff are super friendly and tidy the tables up as soon as people leave. It was a good experience, the atmosphere is nice inside with lots of lighting and prices on all the menu items.

Place is good for group, especially if you have different cravings for the night. Prices are a bit higher, taste is so-so. Locals said that they think stalls here adjusted the taste a bit to match the foreigners taste. Seats upstairs are better for more air. They also have a free wifi. Some nights they have someone performing live. It’s a little bit crowded on weekends though there are still sits upstairs. Lots of choices from drinks, to main course to dessert.

Very nice collection of street food carts, so many different dishes to choose from! It was nice and clean and life music in the evening. It's not as crowded in the afternoon and doesn't take long until you get your dish. I absolutely adored the vegetarian restaurant where they re-created BBQ spets and ribs from tofu and seitan. Never had anything tasting so much like pork belly before! Absolute recommendation for vegans :)

New location of the street market, no longer near the actual market from which it takes its name. More commercial no doubt than the original. This feels the need to have "Authentic" on the sign. Lots of empty stalls, but the food we had was good and reasonable in price.

Incredible choice of foods and great atmosphere. A lot more modern style of food truck park that you might see in western countries. Not cheap like a hawker/market centre but not expensive. Just nice and modern and a bit different to Ben Thanh foods.

A very touristic place. Good choice of dishes, not so low prices, loud music and many people sitting around. I ordered noodles with seafood. There were only 3 shrimps and bits of a squid. This place might be in a list of tourist attractions, but I wouldn't want to eat here again. There more authentic restaurants to try out

It was okay, I probably played it too safe getting the standard broken rice with beef and honey. Not as flavourful as I thought it would be. This dish would probably be better getting it from any random full side restaraunt and would be a lot cheaper too.

Ben Nghe Streetfood Market is an undercover dining experience with a fantastic selection of foods and drinks, allowing even the fussiest eaters to be suitably happy with their choice. There is much more than the obvious Vietnamese street food selections , with additional options for Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, Seafood, Deserts and many more. With plenty of seating available, clean toilets, and enthusiastic cleanup staff, there is also traffic marshalling guys making the whole establishment very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those not wishing to try streetfood from the foodstreets, or prefer to be eating at a table for larger persons, those with children, or groups. Prices are reasonable and what you might expect at a tourist spot. Can get busy at peak times and weekends. Tourists and Expats come here to enjoy great food , an awesome choice of drinks, with live music played some nights.

There is plenty of variety of all kind of food! This is a paradise for food-lovers (like me)! There is a Mexican taqueria, but of course mainly Asian food! Happy hour cocktails from 3pm to 8pm, you can't miss it !

This place is bonkers - and amazing. Large eating area front, back and upstairs back is separated by stalls of virtually every kind of food you could want to try in Asia. Unbelievably low prices mean you can eat like a king but on a shoestring budget. The food is delicious, pay at the stall of choice, take your table market, choose a seat and wait to be astounded by a culinary explosion of flavours. You MUST go here!

Very cool place with many food options there. I ate a very good bánh mì not only once but had to go back the next day for another.

Food we bought were amazing but the day we went not all food vendors were open. Didn't really get to experience the full market. Pros was that there was no wait time at all and found seats easily. Beautiful place!

The worst street food market I've ever been to. It's a tourist trap. Nothing about this market is authentic and everything is very overpriced. Not to mention 80% of the stalls were unoccupied or out of business. This place is a total waste of time, I walked around and walked straight back out.

Came here to try the Mexican food place and wound up getting pork belly. The environment is open and clean and very well run with lots of varieties of food. I highly recommend the area for fast, easy, and inexpensive food.

Came here on a Monday afternoon, pretty quiet but grilled squid was good! Good place to stop for a refreshing coconut drink too. Clean toilet!

The most food choices in the smallest space possible. Offering from classic American barbeque to Korea fried chicken to Vietnamese standards. We stayed next door and this was a go-to place for dinners. There's also a couple booths that sell draught beer and mixed drinks as well so whatever your pleasure they have it. It gets really busy at night but its easy to find a seat during the day.

This place is amazing. It's an absolute institution in central Saigon. We visited several times during our stay. The food is incredible and there are loads of options, from stir-fried tiger prawns with vegetables, fresh fish, spring rolls, spicy chicken and Tom Yum (spicy soup). There are also a couple of bars - one serving Vietnamese beers and the other serving cocktails & wine. There are communal tables at both the front and rear of the market. We arrived one evening at about 4pm and literally stayed until 11pm, chatting with other tourists. This market should definitely be on your 'to do' list if you're staying in Saigon.

The food available is awesome. Have to be picky to avoid upsetting your tummy(cold chicken, Fish) When picked right, was second to non. Awesome flavours. VERY CHEAP. Well worth stepping outside of the box. Have a go, You won't be disappointed. I wish I could bring this market home.

Tourist food. Triple the price and half the flavor. I would not recommend it.

Another street food market, this one is packed full of locals and tourists. Be sure to grab a shared table before ordering the very high quality street food on offer. There is a wide variety of decent grub to sample, with what appears to be big portions as well. Fresh fish all the way to BBQ pork belly to Gelato..it's a bustling mish mash. Definitely go and savour the sights, sounds and onslaught on your senses.

Sehr sehr frisches Essen, sehr schöne Auswahl von Mexikanisch, griechisch, italienisch, indisch, thai, etc! Fisch wird frisch gebraten! Besser geht es nicht! Leider an der Hauptstrasse! Super Service
