A wonderful place for a short or long stay. The apartments are spacious, clean and practical. The facilities are great, particularly if you have children. The restaurant by the river is fantastic, but also great bars and restaurants around. And an incredibly helpful and friendly staff!

Stayed for a week for a business trip (client's location was within 1 km ) so didn't expect much - but left quite happy with the place. 1. Quiet -it is a residential area so I was surprised the place was still pretty quiet and relaxed, 2. Location and view - wonderful view of the river, taxis easy to get, and can walk (if you dare cross the highway on foot!!!! - that was an experience in itself) 3. Nice restaurant within the compound 4. Complete amenities for the easy traveller - laundry, food, minishop, tennis/basketball court/gym, coffee shop, tennis instructors, swimming pool 5. Rooms were decent and fairly large (I was alone but I can imagine the my suite able to take 4 people quite easily) 6. Internet everywhere. 7. Price is quite reasonable. 8. Not quite HCMC center but taxis are quite affordable. 9 . Staff quite helpful (and very polite) Overall, pretty happy with my stay. And I will surely try to come back if I want some R&R.

Loved their outdoor design. The buildings are quite old fashioned but has everything I needed. Looking at the river flowing from inside the house is great. Love the garden and the hammock as well

Low rise blocks of large tasteful apartments surrounded by well groomed gardens. Blu restaurant expensive compared to city places but good international selection in generous portions. Meal & a drink about 200,000VND. A perfect spot having spent a couple of days staying in the centre of town. Lovely very welcomed pool area and courtesy bus/boat back into city centre. Free use of washing machines & driers also a bonus. Coffee shop very good and mini mart with limited food selection. We are enjoying our stay very much

Nice place, however could be less expensive because even if there is a free bus/boat shuttle to Saigon, this residence is really in the middle of nowhere and compared to the high class hotels in the center of Saigon, it is impossible to walk around. Plus : A small "resort" near Saigon , large room apartment Minus : Price, limited dishes in the Blu restaurant

Love the location and the park like atmosphere with a real feeling of community. I hear the apartments are huge... and it is right on the river... such a peaceful pretty location. wonderful playground great for kids, dog run, tennis courts, all very nice... Pierre the Manager of the Complex is just a nice, thoughtful man.

I stayed here with my 2 kids for a few nights. The place is enjoyable, peaceful and convenient with hammock, coconut trees, bamboo, free laundry, play-yard for kids, pets area... There are optional boat trips to go along Saigon River. It's worth every penny.

My 5th time staying at this lovely residence / apartment facility. The staff are always super helpful, the public areas are clean and tidy, the addition of lovely pool and restaurant it has all the ingredients for a wonderful stay. Great location, great people and excellent value for money 👍

Amazing receptionist, ask for Ms. Nhi to give you a tour. The property is right on the river, family friendly and they allow pets and have a small dog park. Thao dien is where most expats live or hang out so its welcoming.

A large property good location by the river. Stores taxis and a restaurant on site. Be sure to check out the nearby restaurants and coffee shops they are great. Not an expensive but worth the money if you have it. In District 1 many taxis and Uber available. One and two bedroom rooms available for families.

Located at riverside, it's a tranquil and fresh area. Good for families with children.

A great getaway for family with kids.
