Surprisingly
condescending
and
unprofessional
staff.
I
stayed
here
for
a
month.
If
you
are
rich
it's
normal
to
look
down
on
the
poor
and
to
flaunt
your
status
and
wealth.
This
place
likes
to
think
of
itself
as
elite
and
the
front
desk
staff
at
Kim
Minh
were
hired
for
their
arrogance.
They
were
easily
the
least
friendly
people
I
encountered
in
4
months
of
traveling
Vietnam.
They
put
on
a
fake
smile
while
feeling
contempt
for
you
and
begrudging
their
"service"
job..
Meanwhile
the
self
service
laundry
room
has
about
6
washers
and
dryers
-
2
of
which
work,
all
of
which
are
about
20
years
old
and
are
patched
together
with
tape
over
the
electrical
wires.
This,
for
a
so
called
luxury
hotel
that
hosts
about
80
guests.
