Surprisingly condescending and unprofessional staff. I stayed here for a month. If you are rich it's normal to look down on the poor and to flaunt your status and wealth. This place likes to think of itself as elite and the front desk staff at Kim Minh were hired for their arrogance. They were easily the least friendly people I encountered in 4 months of traveling Vietnam. They put on a fake smile while feeling contempt for you and begrudging their "service" job.. Meanwhile the self service laundry room has about 6 washers and dryers - 2 of which work, all of which are about 20 years old and are patched together with tape over the electrical wires. This, for a so called luxury hotel that hosts about 80 guests.

A relaxing weekend stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating while the apartment was clean and fresh. On multiple occasions the staff went the extra mile which inevitably led us to choose this as our go to place whenever we go to Vung Tau. Extremely chilled atmosphere with a nice swimming pool if you don't want to walk for 3 minutes to the beach. All in all, a great experience, thank you!

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. Smaller and not very westernized- but they do insist the patrons are quiet and allow everyone a peaceful stay. This is such an excellent quality to have! The pool is nice, not huge but well maintained. Parts of it are well shades which is always a bonus.

I booked a Double VIP room and requested high floor location as well as nice view. My room was on the 4th with a clear view of street, a petit church and so far so good. Not many people during weekdays. Bed is okay. Hot water and fridge to use. Personally think it would be a supplement if we want to use the kitchen (stove) and cutleries. I bought water bottles, snacks and some fruice at 24/7 Circle K convenience store opposite the hotel (near the church).

Very good quality rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooftop pool. Great location. Also a motorcycle (one) to rent (200k/day). There are cheaper places to stay in the city, but if you want to spend a little extra, this place is pretty good. Note that the rooms with kitchenettes are bare; if you want to cook, you need to rent everything. Also hot water might not be stable.

Can't really fault the room, though the kitchen didn't have a cooker and the mattress a little firm but was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was modern and the room had a nice little balcony. I would probably return. Rooftop swimming pool is a good size, relaxing and has nice views. Highlands Coffee is adjacent/next to the hotel entrance.

Natural stone floors are beautiful, but they tried to screw us even though we had a contract! We had booked the equivalent of the presidential suite but we given a standard suite. Then we had to buy our own toilet paper and they only changed the towels weekly even though we were told they'd change them daily. Internet was very slow and only worked intermittently at all.

Located near the quieter side of Vung Tau however, u can rent a scooter for $200VND per day from the hotel (although others quoted $150K). The scooter was quite new. Consider centralised as it situated between few key touristy spots. Everywhere and everything is nearby. 3-8mins ride. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Very good service attitude. Got a suite room for $700k+ VND. Was clean and neat. Except there is only 01 restroom hence had to take turns for showering. It comes with bathtub too. Tried the swimming pool in the morning and it wasn't big but it was empty hence can jus relax. Price is reasonable. Will come back again~

great location (surrounded by bar, famous food shop, bar,…). Great service. 2 things need to improve: AC is not worked probably, smell in elevator.
