It's soooo bad now....So sloppy & dirty. I guess bad management. It wasn't like this before. The employees don't care they throw the food together and you ask them to be more careful they do it again? They are usually out of guacamole lately & blame the morning crew. Twice now. Messy, rude, & unorganized.

I ordered a large bowl online and it was halfway filled. It’s unbelievable I had to pay $10 for the amount for a small bowl. They are very stingy with how much rice they add.

My experience here left me hoping for more. The service was quick and the women behind the counter were all friendly. My issue lies in the food quality. I ordered a burrito to go. My burrito was not fully wrapped and my food nearly ended up falling on the floor. The vegetables inside were obviously not washed. Didn’t we just have an E. Coli outbreak? I’m hoping this quality issue is resolved soon, but after having a fingernail and now unwashed veggies in food I’ve paid for, I don’t foresee myself stepping into another Qdoba. The 2 stars instead of 1 is merely because I received good service.

This used to be my FAVOURITE qdoba. Awesome food, amazing staff. But recently, the staff has changed and the new staff, sadly, is very stingy with portions. I have been ordering the same bowl almost 4-5 times every week, for the last 10 months and I can clearly see the difference in taste and portion size with the new staff. They’re extremely stingy with filling bowls. Really disappointing since this was my favourite dinner spot.

Great evening staff. Called them up to confirm if they had soup and Yes, they serve the hot and delicious soup here.

Gave wrong order on uber eats, Ordered all my food without Queso (not a fan) and a side of guacamole. They gave me my whole order with Queso as well as a side of Queso instead of guacamole. Awful

They have a good customer service, especially yo-yo he makes you feel comfortable and makes you laugh And also the best manager in my opinion is Anthony.

I’ve been to quite of few of Qdoba’s in my life! Actually I think it’s better than Chipotle if you ask me. One thing I can say about this store, team and management that they are overall professional and polite. The Manager Barb I believe her name was attended me and was so kind and patient as I myself am a picky person. She is well oriented and manages that place pretty well. As I sat down eating with my fiancé I was observing On how she manages her team. She is definitely a team player and the staff respects her. The staff would check on people to see how they are doing. For a second I thought I was in a restaurant with waiters. 10-10 I give this spot and super clean! Definitely coming back to this spot.

Normally I don't give reviews but the service was the absolute worst. Tried the fair lawn location since Paramus (which I loved) closed. The woman making my food was rude and messed up my order. I'm not picky so I let it go. But the amount of food given was equivalent to a kids meal. My bowl was 100% not worth the price. Cashier made me wait longer than you ever should because of doordash. You want to pack one order fine, or at least say hey sorry can you give me two minutes. No problem, but I stood there like an idiot until the rude girl came up to him and said I got a steak bowl. I got the upgrade and dude forgot the drink. I left completely bewildered, and normally my patience is high. I've been on the other side. The overall food and atmosphere was fine. The service was bad enough to make me try Moe's next time then go back to that location Updated 5/26 Attempted to give another shot. Service so bad I ended up leaving. Think it was the same rude girl as the first time. Watched her make a burrito. Then ignore me to make two online orders. Scooped some rice into a bowl the wandered off to restock something. Customers in store should come first. Once again I stood there like an idiot for maybe 3 minutes and left. If your behind on your online orders then say something, it's not hard. I'm fine waiting if you have customer service skills. I'm so perplexed. Never had a problem in Paramus location.

What a disappointment. The food was horrible tonight. Chicken like rubber, queso tasteless, beans an odd color, tortilla soggy. Big does not mean delicious. Something has changed. Others have said it. The kids behind the counter were polite and efficient. I won't be back though. It is a food issue.

My review is mixed because everyone has always been friendly and courteous at this location. I happened to stop by this past week and a young girl I have never seen was so rude and unprofessional. She first ignored me when I got there and gave the smallest portion you can think of and then rudely told me she will charge me double. I instantly you are not get your manager and the young man which I have dealt with was very nice and professional. I hate to knock the restaurant but I honestly have never dealt or gotten disrespected by someone like this in any establishment. She obviously needed to cook down and talk a walk.

The food is always good. I order online and pick up in store and the staff on very polite when I arrive.

The food slaps and the portions are good. The staff are really friendly and helpful great experience.

fundraisers here are awesome. easy to set up and everything is digital so no flyers. just emails and social media. you get 25% of business you bring in

Had a fantastic lunch there yesterday: generous portions, delicious food. Was most impressed by the staff. Very friendly and efficient. Woman at start of the line was welcoming and accommodating. Muscular guy 2nd in line with goatee was super friendly, relaxed and helpful. I appreciated the staff was conversational but efficient. Place was sparkling clean too.

I stopped here for a quick lunch and ordered the chicken burrito online. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and told the nice lady my name. My food was ready and I left. When I dug in the burrito was good and filling. I also enjoyed the chips. I had a good experience.

I invited my daughter to eat in Qdoba and my experience wasn’t satisfying. The amount of food served in the plate is very little nothing compared to before. The price has increased and the food is less It’s not the first time this happens, so I’m not going back

Wooww no wonder about the low ratings. 15 dollar the new steak and shrimp bowl was half empty. Just look at the previous customer low rating reviews.

Good and respectful staff! They even served us the soup we love from here. Warm food and warm welcoming staff takes it a notch up!!! Thanks for the wholesome meal!! Would definitely love to be back here.

Portion size varies greatly. So much so that servers sometimes scowl at customer. Even if you ordered "extra" and get a portion that is not extra at all. Usually it's OK and I temper my expectations. That aside, servers heap food onto my friend's plate, who speaks Spanish, and me standing right next to them , who order ed the same thing gets like half the portion... This has happened one too many times (8-9 times). $15 for a half- empty bowl, with hardly a fair portion of the protein you ordered, isn't cutting it.

I have to give credit to the staff working the register and putting the food together because from what I have seen, rush hour during the week seems like hell for them and they look severely understaffed, because of this sometimes the portion is smaller due to the long lines. Overall, however, my experience has been consistent and I hope the manager decides to hire more people to avoid some problems down the road.
