After over 11 hours on the road I was looking forward to soaking in the hotel's hot tub. We put on our swimsuits and headed to the lobby for towels. We were told that the pumps are not working and both pools and hotub are closed. So disappointing. I wish they disclosed this information on their website when we booked! Water in shower was not hot enough so we didn't even bother to take baths to compensate for hot tub. And finally, the coffee - was not hot either! It was barely warm! We had to get coffee from Scooters. Breakfast was not appealing either. Usually we really enjoy Best Western breakfast, but not this one. Next time when we come to visit we will have to stay at a different hotel 30 min away in Seminole.

Nice clean hotel with a good breakfast. Friendly staff. Just bring your own pillow. Because theirs suck.

I just loved the staff there. All of them were nice and friendly. The lady that runs the breakfast in the morning is so sweet and goes out of her way to make sure you have the best breakfast ever. The staff that runs the front are a delight. The entire staff is just awesome.

This place is almost perfect. Always clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly. But the coffee. It’s always warm ish never hot. And the lightest watered down coffee I have ever had. Been staying here for weeks and have yet to have a decent cup of coffee at breakfast.

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Will definitely stay again. I will note this location has one of the best budget hotel breakfast! The staff in the breakfast area were very courteous and food was very well cooked. Indoor pool was very nice to enjoy. Definitely recommend.

To the staffing manager: The front desk and kitchen staff are welcoming, friendly, courtious, and helpful. The best team I've seen in a while at a hotel. Bravo! If we are ever in Denver City again, we'll be staying in the BW, and we'll be more likely to choose more BWs in the future.

Great hotel. All my expectations were exceeded. The full free hot breakfast included eggs cooked to order. Hash browns and sausage or bacon every morning along with my choice of two eggs sunny side up was a great start to the day. Comfortable bed & linens. Everything was well cleaned. Cleaning staff and front desk staff were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. Great place for work or traveling with the family.
