If I can give this place a zero star I would, but sadly I can’t. PLEASE DON'T COME HERE !!! They will damage your hair and give you something you didn’t ask for. I asked for a mix of highlights with a balyage and look at my pictures to see what they gave me. I had my appointment at 12 and didn't call me in after an hour. So unproffesional. I'm so dissapointed with my visit here and they charged me $33 dollars for a cut when it wasn’t even a cut, It was a small trim not even 2 inches. They overprice and don’t tell you they have sales going on when they do. I paid $250 for this garbage work. The receptionist was so rude to my mother, she was sweeping right in front of her and told her to pay beforehand as if we weren’t going to pay her probably because of how we looked since were Hispanics and they all were a mix of white and something else.Overall so rude. Just please don’t come here you will waste your money and time. Save your money and go somewhere else. I truly don't even know why they're still open as a salon. Completely trash.

I had Elie himself give me a balayage, literally burned my hair. I have been struggling for 3 years now to grow it back after i had to chop it all off. He's the worst, he doesn't care if your hair can handle the bleach or not. I specifically asked him to mix Olaplex w the bleach and instead the gave me an Olaplex treatment which I could've done myself at home. He's the worst. I asked for Caramel he gave me Grey and said it was better. I went back for a correction and he charged me for that as well. Ve careful ladies he is a really nice person but he is not talented at all and is not a hair expert!!! Don't risk damaging your hair

I would give more than 5 stars to this professional salon. They did a great job on my hair. The most beautiful highlights that I’ve ever had! Very professional👌🏻

Elie and his team never disappoint! We just recently had them for my sister's wedding. The quality of work is phenomenal, they put so much time and effort into each person. I've never had my hair done before and had it last so long, especially in such humid weather. I also have been letting elie do my color, not many people know how to properly handle black hair. He has managed to take me blonde on multiple occasions without burning my hair! His team is always on top of everything and I have yet to leave this salon disappointed. Definitely worth my 90 minute drive to get here!

I went there for the first time today and I couldn’t be happier about this new place. Very friendly staff, my stylist name Meriam did a great job. The owner was very kind and respectful. She didn’t charge me the additional $10 that she normally charge for the length of my hair for the first time customer and even give me a $10 coupon for me to use next time, I highly recommend this place. Not to add the salon was spotless and they have a happy hour going on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for $20 blowout. You really can’t go wrong with these prices and services :)

My rating is as a first time walk in customer: Called in to get my ends trimmed since I was around the area on saturday around 2 pm, front desk said it was OK to come in. For context, I have long straight hair (hip length). Walked in and was welcomed kindly by front desk, who then introduced me to the hair stylist. He must've been on break prior because he was outside the salon before I entered. Description: fade cut with a small bun on top, dark hair, slim, odd dentures. Reasons why I hated the service: - The stylist worked on my hair without washing his hands from outside - he shampooed my hair from one side more than the other and at times felt his nails around my scalp (fingernails on scalp is a NO for me because of bacteria that can produce). He used conditioner mostly on my roots and ignored the ends which is where the conditioner is supposed to penetrate most. -his lack of washing hair caused my whole outfit to be soaked from the back both my top and skirt, he took the first 10 minutes drying me before starting the service. He left the ends of my hair wet while focusing only on my roots. - while he did ask me what length I was ok in cutting my ends, he never showed me his work. In the end, because my hair is long, I noticed my ends were uneven once dried. He was chatting it with his next customer while doing my hair which was fine but if you're going to do that, at least focus. I paid $55 +tip for this disgusting service. He pretty much did what he wanted. They will ask you for your email and phone number along with your address for some reason so keep that in mind if you rather skip all that. ** FOR THE STABLISHMENT: PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL ME, I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN NOR CAN YOU SAVE FACE WITH TRYING TO REPLY TO MY REVIEW OR MAKING IT BETTER BECAUSE THIS WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE BY YOUR STYLIST'S PERFORMANCE. I will block any attempts so please delete any of my information you had me fill out at front desk.

One of the best hairdresser I have ever met in New Jersey. The team and the vibes of the place are so amazing. The materials are so high quality, and the technique oh the highlight was so unique and professional 👍 Highly recommend this place ⬆️

MY local go-to salon! Having lived in Manhattan for a very long time, I still go to the salon I have gone to for years (Toka Madison in NYC). But sometimes, I just cant get to the city and I have found a salon that provides the care and expertise right in my backyard! Elie Esper has specialized in Bridal which means you're getting the best looks for you. Ive been going there regularly and I look and feel just as good as when I make the trip to Manhattan. Start with a blow out... then go for cut and color!

I did my haircut and it was pretty bad. I wasnt noticed that my haircut was this much crooked (not even) as my hair was still wet there. Although I noticed at the salon that the designer cut my hair inattentively. Overall experieces, I will never be there again!!

Finding a good hair dresser is like finding a good husband. Fortunately we are still going strong after almost 15 years. ❤️🥰
