I've always liked this property. Beautifully designed, in the Lutyens architectural style so typical of New Delhi. Love the interplay between greenery and water, and the winding Bougainvillea that permeates every corner. On an operational level, feel the place should be shaken up, and expanded, similar to the UNs activities in India. The UN has been historically slow to address changing balance of powers on the global stage. It needs to court India more. That can begin by making the campus more accessible and vibrant, as compared to the sleepy, high security slice of prime real estate that it is today. Was last here when the United Nations Secretary-general Antonio Guterres had visited India for the G20 summit.
