    Many issues with amrapali builders and mismanagement of facilities. Maintainance is also not done and people are intentionally not paying maintainance

Worst part is Maintenance team, they are incompetent and disrespectful to the extent of harassing. They act on their whims and fancies what to alow and when to alow, creating more problem then solving. Maintenance fees is high compared to nearby societies considering the amenities provided and free space available in the complex. Though, swimming pool recently is good. But again below par Gym or sports facility. There are rarely any events organised.

    A nice silent place to buy/rent apartment in Nodia with basic amenities like Swimming Pool, Gym, Parking etc and a superstore and ATM outside.

    This is a small society if about 300+ apartments. Apartment layout is nice. However, RWA needs to focus a bit more to upkeep the tower reception areas and club house. Location is fantastic. Due to name of Amrapali there is a bit of issue in general resale of flats due to additional noc from court receiver even after registry of flat and also loan feasibility from nationalised banks is an issue.

    Its a great society with well connected network to market, metro and nearby shops. Maintenance here is well managed and active. They are well connected to Apna Complex digital platform that helps the tracking of ticket and resolutions. I am here since last 2 years and find great vibe living here.

    Worst society to live on rent or owned flat. Lifts are not working. Very high maintenance with no service. No cleaning. Maintenance staff is not responding. Poor structure. Please drop plan if anyone wants to shift here. Worst experience.

👍👍 This is a good society; there are basketball and cricket grounds for children to play on, as well as a swimming pool.And there's a temple for worship too. Security and maintenance service are also good; without a society sticker, we cannot take vehicles inside.

👍👍 Nice society with nice people. Maintenance is an issue as overall building material is not good. 2 lift for 8 flats per floor is again very bad structural planning. Well overall above average society in compare to another Noida extension projects.
