Very nice and well maintained hospital with excellent infrastructure and building. Facilities are equivalent to big private hospitals. Well trained staffs and experienced Doctors.

One of the best hospital in greater Noida , all the medical departments are available here . Qualified doctors and staffs look after a patient's here 24/7 emergency services.

Overall it's a good govt hospital in terms of availability of well qualified doctors and lab tests but the only problem is their PHARMACY which is WORST. They are not giving all medicines which are recommended by doctors in prescription and only 1-2 medicines they use to give and for other medicines they use to say " bahar s lelo " (take from outside) and many times they recommend outside medical stores name also. It's completely because of poor management and I think it's known to management but no improvement is done till now. This hospital comes under Central govt and it's one of the biggest govt hospital in Gautam Buddha Nagar district but this mismanagement is not expected from such type of hospitals Whoever is reading this and can help or in power of govt, pls do something for this issue.

Very bad experience by the ward nurses, all of nurses are not clearing for the right information and talking way very bad, they should be trainning for the soft skill , very big hospital and facilities over all good provide but some staff talking way not good, as a human being not understand that after take the responsibilities happy to help but there is the opposite, because my Brother wife delivery case after delivery 13 Days gone now both of are good but 19 number ward PNC WARD 03/10/2023 date ward nurses talking way very bad experience।। I would request to the #Hospital management system the please look into this matter and solve the issue, although in future this type of issue not facing by the normal patient and family as well।। Nurse staff is not giving any information about patient health and Docter not talking about patient condition & Staff also. Staff has not clear what is the resion for taking long 13-14 Days at hospital PNC WARD 19 .

Doctors behaviour was excellent . My father was admitted under general surgeon Dr anurag saraswat . But nursing staff behaviour was not good they are very rude ....

The orthopedic doctor always come at 10 AM not give the time to patients, (11 no Saturday) Even do not listen patients carefully Just do formalize

Picu very bad condition today the date are 8 jan no bed sheet no dustbin i arannge because im x employee of the hospital then they provide me but for the new parents thats very bad experience so do some work on pediatrics department such on pediatric icu there ara many insect in the pedia ward nd also in icu of pedia so plz do some work
