0 % management. They dont have people who can talk to you nicely. They dont have zero sense of event management or how things work. We had our mata ki chowki at the banquet and the people were behaving very badly with us. We asked for a partition for food and they said they cannot do it. When we got that done from outside their event guy was saying they could have done the same. HOW MISMANAGED STAFF. In the first talk they said If they could do the parition then they can only give us a partition at chargeable rate. The event manager does not have any photo to show us and was charging us 35k without any picture. Also told my father that they will have to buy the cloth of certain amount LOL The manager asked us to get ready at the venue but when we got the room the geyser was not working. Then they also switched our room but the shower was not even working. They told us everything works fine and we can take a shower at the venue itself. No one checked this out. And i had to sit in my function after just changing my clothes. I also have all videos and photos of HOW WELL THEIR ROOMS ARE. We also asked them to switch on the screen and display mata rani picture but mid of function they said processor was not working. When we said we will pay later then all of a sudden processor started working. They were being rude and said that they wont serve food till we dont pay them the amount. No apology for any thing The person who took our deal was not even on the picture The manager of this venue are super rude and we were just circling around with people Very disappointed with the way i was treated and i request a proper feedback should be taken into consideration. I also have all the names of people who i dealt with and can post it too

It is a very good place for parties. It is a very beautiful place for functions like wedding, celebration, engagement and receptions. The hall is built in a huge space. More than 400 or 500 people can be easily invited for the party here. The food and drinks are also much better.

The overall vibe was nice but there are some drawbacks to do a function/celebration at this place. Good for a gathering of less than 200 people. More than 200 people is a bit mess here according to me. Parking space is limited. So, you have to park a bit far from the hall. About the food: Some items were really tasty and some items were average tasting. The food should be made better. The decoration was really good. Different locations were available with a really nice background.

We held ring and Sagan ceremonies at the Grand Horizon Banquet. The arrangements made by Mr. Amarjeet Singh Sabharwal & Mr. Manpreet Singh and their team were great and delivered as promised. Also the staff was very courteous, polite and quick on their feet. The function was great and we had a lot of fun. Thanks to the entire team.

The hall was very small as per the gathering, well that was not the choice of the banquet. But The Important Aspect Was FOOD, which was very Yaq... No quality of food. Everything was tasteless.. 2nd they had the option of snacks which were supplied with limited quantity.. There were no tissues available and no one was cleaning the space , if someone has kept the plates they were lying there itself 😔.. Not Recommended

Good ambience but no proper parking space, adjoining road is jammed at night hours. Service is good

Attended a day wedding. Snacks were good, but the Main Course was the worst I ever had. Felt as if they were serving a day before food. The Main Course taste was not good at all. Bread was cold. Looking at their overall ratings, it felt as if the food was prepared by a standby team and the main team only comes in for evening functions. As per my recommendation I would suggest, look for a place which serves better food, as the food is something which your guests always remember.

Tremendous service from The Grand team specially Amarjeet Singh Sabharwal and Manpreet ,Food was very delicious specially chicken and fish was mouth watering,😋 space was good , our guest was very impressed, Strongly suggestion to all my friends choose this banquet for your function.
