Amazing Customer Service! I am always weary of buying fine jewelry online, however Jawahir Jewelry made the transaction seamless. I first contacted them on WhatsApp via their website, and the contacted me back within an hour. I asked a bunch of questions, they sent me pictures of the jewelry on a scale for full transparency of weight and price. I ended up making a purchase of 3 necklaces for gifts. They shipped the necklaces right away, they came in the next day. When I opened the package, I was sooooo delighted to see that beautiful box that the necklaces came in! I can't wait to give my gifts! I totally recommend Jawahir Jewelry and I certainly will be ordering again!

I went to this store where I clearly stated my budget was 2k and the associate proceeded to say 2 dollars? As if he was trying to make a joke of what my budget was. While I was browsing he was telling me take your time looking while tapping the glass as if he were annoyed. I found it really disappointing the way the service was given this jewelry store. As a college student with a budget which is my current situation, my budget shouldn’t be a factor into how I should be treated as a customer. In the future I won’t be doing any business with this jewelry store, I’ll go to a different store like Jerusalem jewelry. I’ll keep you guys in my prayers.🙏

Workers were in the middle of closing. They still let me in. I told them I had a ring on hold and I was just there to pay and pick it up, since they told me over the phone that they put it aside for me. The moment I walk in, the lady there didn’t even greet me, instead she’s giving me looks. They then mention how I told them I would be there at 5 ( i was there at 6:25). When I told them online it says they close at 8 he said “no that’s wrong we close at 6:30”. So fix it!! Anyway, they were extremely unhelpful and told me to come back tomorrow, even though I wasn’t browsing I just had something on hold. So I went to the Yasini Jewlery store down the road and spent my money there instead.
